Our VRBO listing features current, accurate photographs of the property and its amenities. Our Ad States the large pool on property is SHARED with other VRBO rentals on the property Nothing is intentionally misrepresented. The two RVs on the property are privately owned, well-maintained vehicles. During this stay, the guest contacted us expressing disappointment and requesting a refund for four days of a six-day reservation. Unfortunately, no specific property issues were communicated to us that would have allowed us to investigate or resolve them. We have always made it a priority to address guest concerns as quickly as possible. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we respect that. However, we also believe our property should be represented fairly and accurately.
