リバーフロントリトリートは、森の奥深くにあるモゴロンリムのすぐ下、ペイソンの北西24マイルに位置しています。 とても魅力的な3階建ての家で、2つの上の階の寝室と、二段ベッドと寝台付きの地下室があります。 メインレベルのソファーベッドもあります。 （合計：7快適に眠る）。 この家には、大きなキッチン、ダイニング、ファミリールームなどの設備がすべて備わっています。 2つのバスルーム（1つのシャワーと1つのシャワー/浴槽）。 フロントヤードは、プレイするための広い芝生エリアでゲートされています。 家の裏には2つのデッキがあります。 1つのデッキはマスターベッドルームから離れており、もう1つのデッキはキッチンとダイニングルームから離れています（2019年4月に交換）。 裏庭は、一年中流れるイーストヴェルデ川に向かって歩きます。 1マイル先には2つのハイキングコースがあります。 また、近くのウォーターホイールレクリエーションエリアで釣りをします。 260の短いドライブを楽しむいくつかの湖もあります。 また、トントナチュラルブリッジは、日帰り旅行に便利なドライブです。 12月から2月は雪が降り、この期間中は4WDが推奨されます。 家でやるべきことがたくさんあります。 インターネット/ wifiと直接テレビがあります。 友達や家族と料理、飲酒、プールで遊んだり、卓球を楽しんだり。 利用可能：XboxおよびWiiマシンが利用可能。 （ゲームとDVDを持ち込む）。プロパティで選択できる150本の映画/ DVD。 1階と2階にスピーカーを備えた音楽エンターテイメント用のAmazon Alexa。 15マイル離れた最寄りのサービスで食料品をお持ちください。

Wow! This property and home was outstanding. We enjoyed all of the wildlife and views of the river right from the back deck. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was. We also enjoyed playing pool, darts, and ping pong. This house has everything you could ever need and more. Host was wonderful as well. We will definitely stay again.

Second Visit

You just cannot beat this property and the care and representation of the owners. This is my second stay there and everything you would need is available for a relaxing stay. The property and house is even better in person than in the pictures. I highly recommend the property.

Family vacay

Fantastic creek side property

Wonderful creek side property with many amenities! The home was beautiful and clean with many amenities, games and very thoughtful touches by the hosts to make the most of your stay.The location is perfectly located on the creek with deep pools and the relaxing sounds. The lawn area in front was perfect for outdoor games in the woods with the kids and the property is a very short distance from amazing hiking (including sections of the AZ Trail).Great escape less than 2 hours from the valley

Setting is near perfect

Just spent a couple nights at the Riverfront property. The trees, river and home made it a very relaxing trip. Had everything we needed and the WIFI wasn't as bad as we had expected. Thanks Alissa for allowing us to visit!

Beautiful house and location!

This house was everything that was advertised and more. Very clean, and located near a lot of great hikes. The owner is very responsive. Waking up next to the creek was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break Getaway

Perfectly located away from any major town. The house was exactly as advertised. Very quiet neighbors that made it feel like we were alone in the woods. Didn't get to play in the river since the banks were all covered in snow but we don't regret it one bit. Picturesque! Got the kids off the electronics and hiked the local trails. They loved it. Look forward to returning in the summer!

Creekside Resort

Clean, fun and beautiful

Fantastic cabin! Every summer our family rents a cabin in Payson, this cabin has been the cleanest and well stocked place yet!! Kids were entertained the entire time with all the games and movies provided. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need and more! We all enjoyed feeding the blue jays and squirrels every morning. Truly a relaxing, stress free time at this beautiful cabin!

Great birthday getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront property in Payson, AZ. Their hospitality was top notch; from the owner’s responsiveness and openness to our questions, to the plethora of amenities, we’d not experienced anywhere else. We were even greeted every morning by a number of squirrels and blue jays. We highly recommend this premier property to anyone wanting to get away, yet still have all the comforts of home.

Weekend work retreat - amazing property!

4 of us stayed for a work retreat this past weekend for 3 nights. The house was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My daughter and I explored nearby trails and we all spent a lot of time on the back patio and near the river. This is truly a special place and we hope to be back. The host was very responsive.

Everything was perfect.

This is one of the best vacation properties we've ever found. We loved being right next to the creek and feeding peanuts to the Stellar Jays in the morning. The house was immaculate, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. We also enjoyed a couple of beautiful hikes nearby. We hope we are able to return before too long.

Perfect Getaway

The house and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We couldn't believe how clean the house was. The owners have thought of everything. Every amenity you could want is provided and then some. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved our stay and can hardly wait to come back. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit for the kids and I absolutely LOVED the creek and enjoyed each of the sitting areas out in the back. A True Riverfront Retreat

My family and I had the best time at this property. We felt at home immediately and were in awe of the front and backyards. From the beautiful grassy area in the front, to the magical, flowing river in the back. My favorite part was deciding which spot to sit in to read my book. My kids played for hours in the river and then got cozy inside to watch movies and play games. We will for sure be back!

Beautiful property with all the amenities

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful property. It was so comfortable, it was like being at home. We had a great time hiking nearby, playing games out front in the grassy area and traipsing around I n the creek right behind the house. This is in a wonderful area that is simply gorgeous and refreshingly cool during the heat back home in the vallley. We will be back.

My husband and I are both Arizona natives. I am a nurse practitioner in Scottsdale. We have two grown kids and hope to have grandkids someday. We love all of Arizona and spend most of our free time here in the mountains. It is a nice change from the valley and only 1.5 hours from our home with a very different climate and relaxing atmosphere.

We love this area. It is remote and seldom traveled by many. We have been coming up here for many years with our kids and knew we had to buy a home here. We would love to share this experience with others so they too can build lasting memories. Keep in mind this is not a log cabin. Not rustic, but very nice and well maintained.

You will enjoy that this home has central air conditioning and heat for the warm Summers and cold Winters. This home is fairly new compared to the rustic homes in the area and has all the upgrades. This charming three level home has two newer outdoor decks that overlook the creek. You will enjoy sitting out back and relaxing, while watching the kids play in the water. The home is surrounded by trees so it feels much cooler than the 20 degree difference from the Phoenix metro area.
