Another excellent visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Both times have been very enjoyable. It's a great place for a couple. It's a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is small but very clean and the host, Miki, is very accommodating. This will be our go-to spot when we return in the future.

Excellent Location

We will definitely book here again. The suite is located in the Carlsbad village area with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and is very close to the beach. It was well appointed and check in/out was a breeze.

Very clean and great location.

It was a great location and the place was extremely clean with great internet. I was able to work from the place with no issues. Close to great restaurants and bars as well as the beach.

Cozy apt close to village and beach

We had a wonderful (but too short!) stay at this great little apartment. The location was an easy walk from the train station and Carlsbad Village with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. And one block from the beach! Small layout but it had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Pretty back deck with seating. Plenty of linens and lots of extras (cooking oils, spices, bandaids, shampoo, etc) that made it easy for us to settle in. Communication with Miki was extremely responsive. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Perfect Location and Place

Only a block from the beach and a lovely 2 block walk to town and great restaurants! Mikki was very responsive and helpful! This place has everything you need, including beach chairs to watch wonderful sunsets at the beach! We would love to stay here again when we have more time!

Perfect spot for a quick getaway in Carlsbad

We were looking for a spot close to the beach and this place was perfect. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go for coffee / restaurants/ bars. Miki made it easy to check in and out. She provided beach chairs and towels, and all the other amenities we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Property is beautiful, everything inside is brand new and it’s just a block from the beach!

Couldn’t be happier! I’ll stay there again anytime I’m in Carlsbad! You can hear the waves from the deck. The host, Miki, is so helpful and kind. She knows the area very well and helped me find best places to have dinner and watch playoff games.

Jewel in Carlsbad

Perfect place for couple to stay in Carlsbad. The property is comfortable, clean and has everything you need - including a great shower. It is just a block from the beach. At night, you can open the windows and hear the pounding surf. It is a easy walk to Carlsbadʻs great selection of restaurants. And the owner of the property is attentive and caring. We will be back.

Charming Beachside Retreat

Has it all….

Lovely apartment, new, clean and very quiet!!!! Location is perfect, right near the ocean- about a 3-5 min walk depending on how much stuff your lugging with you. The host was literally the nicest person ever, restaurants were on point like they always are in this area, I will definitely be back- being a former Carlsbad local, you will want to stay here! Has everything you need and more! What a wonderful few days it was!!❤️

I have lived in Carlsbad and worked here for over 31 years. I am a local Realtor. I have 2 boys who are also here, who are also part of my Real Estate Team - Edwards Homes Team with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. I am an avid golfer. I also enjoy Pickle ball, cycling, working out at the gym, and playing pool/cards. I am an athlete and enjoy watching golf, ice hockey and college sports. I have 2 toddler Grandsons. I built this home and guest home and started living in it in April of 2018. I enjoy vacation renting my unit. Lots of nice, interesting people from all over the country.

It's definitely a Vacation Property! You can hear the crashing of the waves from the unit. It has cement polished floors and a large wall slider so you feel like you are outside. Nice outdoor seating.
