Great family location, we do not cater to a "spring break" crowd. Neighborhood consists of full time homeowners, apartments, hotels restaurants and convenience store and other vacation rentals. We provide beach gear, EV charger, AC, fire pit, outdoor shower. NO TV or WASHER/DRYER. SMALL DOGS OK.

UNBELIEVABLE STAY

I have been going to Carlsbad for 15 plus years. This place was the BEST place we have ever stayed at hands down. The owner is on top of everything and the location and amazing courtyard put it over the top. You would be stupid not to select this place for your vacation.

Just perfect

This was an absolutely perfect place for our mini getaway! Such a peaceful retreat and fabulous location. We enjoyed going for walks by the beach and into the village. Jim made the visit so comfortable and easy. Can’t wait to visit again.

Pet Friendly Great Host Great Location EV Charging station

Love this property anytime I want to stay by the beach. Perfect set up. Property is amazing w private closed in patio and outdoor shower, EV Charger etc perfect for dog.

Beach heaven

Perfect getaway, super close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Clean, quiet, PRIVATE! Outdoor space, like a zen garden! Host is super helpful and accommodating. Loved it!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our weekend here. Owner was able to accomodate our early check-in which really helped us for a late Friday PM wedding. Great little town.

Carlsbad Village

Our stay was wonderful. And Jim was very thoughtful with everything that he left as instructions in the place. A good surprise was a big screen for my husband to plug in his laptop so he could work and I enjoyed the Carlsbad water that he provided. thank you Jim. We had a great time.

Great vrbo

Surfer vibe vrbo that is close to the beach and restaurants. Board and Brew has delicious sandwiches and is a 5 minute walk. The patio is really nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Near to the beach, owner is on-site and super helpful, beautiful patio area with 2 fountains and wind chimes … weather was the only issue.

Cozy beach cottage

Exactly as pictured; quant, secluded, very cute and perfect for my family of 3. Outdoor patio has fire pit, water features and wind chimes for ambiance. Just a few blocks from the beach and plenty to walk to re: cafes, restaurants, shopping. Host is extremely communicative and kind. Will stay again!

Peaceful, Private, Beautiful Place!

We were looking for the perfect place to stay near the beach in Carlsbad and found it!! The space inside and out is stunning with a large outdoor oasis where 2 large fountains provide constant calm. Jim the host is exceptional!!

Always such a treat

Staying here is so amazing, my husband and I have spent our last two anniversaries here now. The location is very convenient and walking distance to the top restaurants and bars and of course, the beach. Jim is a great host and is very communicative; it is clear he cares about his guests.

Perfect spot

Location rules! Walk to good surf, walk to stores, restaurants, beach, all the village has to offer. Jim is as good as I gets to host! Great guy and great property.
