Perfect

So cute and perfect for a couple! Easy walking distance to everything. It is off the street so semi private and quiet. We would definitely rent again!

Cottage was ok. It was clean. Could have used more than One wash and one kitchen towel for 8 days Running the gauntlet of sprinklers 3 time a day and getting soaked wasn’t much fun. And yes, I contacted the host who told me there was nothing they could do about it

Fun Getaway!

It’s about a mile walk to River Street but we had a great time walking through Forsyth park. The code to the trash lock didn’t work, but other than that everything was perfect! Thanks for the fun stay!

Air conditioner not work

Door have no number or letter "C". On the rain looking to find the unit was terrible. We stay about 24h on 50F, need to call to fix heater the day after, old molded food was in refrigerator, terrible smell. Blind on the windows are loose and don't close, door have a glass, and gap on it. No privacy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If I could say one word about this place to sum up my experience it would be Charming. It was such a cute and quaint space with a full functional kitchen and a cute and spacious outdoor courtyard. The location was very nice, close to the park and the coffee shop across the street which I went every morning. The free street parking was very nice and the location was close enough to pretty much walk everywhere. I had a little trouble getting in to the unit when I first arrived and the staff was very nice and helpful and answered my call right away. If I ever come back to Savanna I would love to stay here again!

A Pleasant Stay in Friendly Savannah

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is attractively furnished and decorated and was a charming and cozy place for my family (my partner, my son, and myself). It’s very private and quiet: you have your own brick-paved courtyard, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee at the outdoor table. The place is clean and looks exactly like the photos. The staff was supportive and responsive: we arrived in the dark and initially had difficulty finding the cottage and also getting into it (our door code didn’t work), but Candace at the front desk patiently guided us there, over the phone, and provided a new code. A few complaints: the mattress in the bedroom was very comfortable, but the mattress in the foldout couch was in bad shape: thin with the springs pushing through. After the first night, my son chose to sleep on the couch cushions rather than the mattress. We would have liked a few more supplies in the kitchen: such as filters for the coffee maker (a complementary package of coffee is provided) and reusable shopping bags for grocery shopping. Otherwise, the kitchen is well supplied with dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery. We would be happy to stay here again.

Forsyth Oasis

I did not choose this location but due to a maintenance issue at the property I did choose left me here -- and I was delighted. This property was perfect -- off street parking, clean well maintained and a great location. The coffee shop around the corner was a delight, and all went well. thank you. Bob

Furniture is very low to floor, makes getting up difficult for older people. But works well and very clean. Cooling works great.

There are only two things I would suggest the owner look into, 1. The dishwasher would never kick off, 2. The water in the shower does not get hot. Other than those two things this was the perfect spot and made us felt comfortable and safe.

The water heater only gave warm water, my wife likes hot. It was advertised with a washer and dryer, there was none. The door code was wrong & it took detective work to find the right phone number, that was quickly resolved though. There were 4 units at the address but ours was not marked which was confusing especially in the dark.

We can’t use the table in the living room such it is inclined but we settled in the garden and it was perfect. Parking is easy , the neighbourhood is great and one can easily walk anywhere in the city. Excellent value for money.

Loved it! Location was perfect. We were I block away from the St. Patrick's Day Parage.

Cottage was adorable! Close to free transit, Forsyth Park and grocery. Court yard a great plus.

Savannah guest house

We enjoyed our stay in the guest house. Great location close to Forsyth Park and within walking distance to many sights. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with supplies for us to cook our breakfasts. Grocery store is very close. Just make sure to bring your hangers for clothes and salt and pepper for seasoning. These were missing in this Vrbo.

Perfect spot in Savannah

Amazing little house in Savannah, walking distance to everything. Private courtyard where we could enjoy the beautiful weather, quiet location despite being close to Forsyth Park and everything in the historic district. Hope to stay there again.

Beautiful Private Cottage

Quaint cottage tucked away in a prime location in Savannah. Close walk to Forsyth Park and many local options for coffee shops, groceries and restaurants. The cottage itself is spacious and well decorated. Very enjoyable place.

Savanna visit

The house was clean and comfortable. It was an updated small apartment in the back of a large 3 story house. The garden area was very nice and green with decorative lights. I enjoyed sitting out there both day time and night time. We initially had difficulty getting in with the code. The owners responded immediately and sent someone out to open the door for us. The code we had was not updated via directions we had. We were given a new code which worked well the whole time we were there. We were able to find parking close to the house. The location was good. Not too far from the river, shops and resturaunts. I would recommend it.

Never received a personal a personal call from manager. The place has A LOT of potential but for $350+ a nite it should have been better. What a shame~

Cottage stay

No parking on street due to parade prep and was not told, this was have been more terrible if I had my mom with us as we need the car at all times. We got a total of 4 face cloths to use for 3 people for 4 nights and I did request more which is why we had a total of 4…that’s all we got. I purchased some at Target. Lots of pillows to choose from…may be great to use on the terrible couch and sleeper sofa there. Bed was eh, slept in better and worse. Cottage cute and free standing so no dogs or steps heard above. Just quiet for the most part. Company answered emails quickly. Pretty long walk to the riverfront and buses don’t run on weekends so that meant car usage except we had to park several blocks away due to parade prep.
