Great place

We had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as advertised. Don was great to work, very responsive. Well stocked with all needed essentials. Place was very clean, and you could not beat the location.

Blue Pearl has amazing views

The Blue Pearl has amazing views from every window. So very clean. You cleaning company does really well. We had an amazing time and hope too come back soon.

Blissful Blue Pearl

Wonderful return to the Blue Pearl after a break of a few years - the secluded peaceful vibe of the house remains - as do the back bay and beach wonders - a perfect retreat.

Blue Pearl Spring Break 2022

Our stay at the Blue Pearl was exactly what I was hoping for with lots of sun, sand and relaxation. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we spent most of our time sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful views. The rest of the time we spent on the beach, which was just a short 5 minute walk.

New Year at Little Gasparilla

Excellent home to enjoy the island - bay and Gulf. Make sure to book your golf cart and boat well in advance and bring all your food as there is no store on the island.

Island getaway

Up to date property with all the conveniences you could ask for. Nice views across the inter coastal and perfect accessibility for boaters. Property is well managed by local agent.

Beautiful Property

The Blue Pear is lovely. The decor is amazing. The railing of the indoor stairs is an oar. I love it!! The living room seems small downstairs. And because of the mosquitoes and the porch not being screened in, it has to remain closed-in downstairs making the area feel and appear even smaller. Beyond that, everything else is perfect. Everything I needed was there. The coffee grinder was awesome, there were so many extra towels, we could do our laundry, there was bug spray, and Hallelujah! there was duct tape!! This is probably the best stocked house I've stayed in on the Island. We were very comfortable here. One of the best things about the Blue Pearl is that the home meets you right off of the dock. I would definitely stay at the Blue Pearl again.

Perfect spot for vaca

This was our second stay at Blue Pearl. It never disappoints. We love it there. It's clean and has plenty of space for our fam. The location and dock is very convenient to Eldreds Marina. We will be back again.

Quiet Get-Away

This home is located right on the water with a private dock. The view of the bay is beautiful from every window in the house! It's a short walk to a very nice beach. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and very well-stocked. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. Our experience with this property was 5 Star all the way!

Wonderful week at The Blue Pearl! Our first stay on LGI and it did not disappoint! The house was furnished perfectly with the most comfortable beds. It was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location. The spacious dock was perfect for our family for fishing, watching sunrises, and visiting with the dolphins! The close walk to the beach (right across the way) was a breeze. I can’t say enough about this home or our wonderful trip!

Fishing Trip

This house was a perfect location and accommodation for our Annual Tarpon Trip to Boca. LGI is a beautiful peaceful island with a beautiful beach to enjoy.

Don was our property manager and he was amazingly helpful

We have enjoyed our stay at the Blue Pearl. It is so easy to use our boat as the dock is private which makes traveling back and forth to the mainland just like driving to town! The Blue Pearl is located a bit further away from our friend but we so happily enjoy the walks, morning and evening! The house is wonderfully equipped with all that we need, and because we are repeat enjoyers...we know what to bring from home. We are very happy here.

Wonderful Time

This is our 3rd trip to the Island and this was by far the best house we have had. The location and view were both amazing. The house was very clean and well kept. It was perfect for our family of 4.

Peace and Beauty

The property was just as described. Very convenient and comfortable. Communication with the hosting company was smooth. Check-in and check-out was very easy. There were many spices and cooking supplies available. There is a very nice and new stainless steel gas grill. Power, freshwater and cleaning table are available at the dock. The dock pilings has nice bumpers on them. Nice touches and amenities all around.

Really awesome location!

We have never rented in the area but frequent Boca Grande quite often. The location of this property is perfect. It was a short boat ride from Eldreds marina. From the dock to the house is a super short walk and it’s just a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach on the other side! The view from every room is amazing! We plan to Stay again hopefully.

Perfect paradise

Beautiful home and very clean and comfy. Pictures can't begin to capture how beautiful the view is! Right on the bay and loved that the beach was steps away! Thank you to Don for getting someone out to cut our grass right away! Great service! LOVED this home.

Paradise!

One of the best homes and places we have stayed in, and we have been many places using VRBO. You can't go wrong. Beautiful home with EVERYTHING you need, PERFECT location, wonderful accommodating owners and real estate agents, Don and Amy McCandless at Island Property Solutions, who are there whenever needed. Amazing views, tranquility, and relaxation at it’s finest.

Everything was perfect. The house, views, and location on the island. The kitchen was perfect with everything we needed. We had great interactions with the friendly neighbors, we kayaked, fished, bbq’d, walked for hours on the beach collecting shells and sharks teeth. The birds, dolphins, manatee family that visited us on the dock almost every day was an unexpected treat. We surprisingly loved waking up in bed to the sunrise over the bay and ending the days on the beach with libation in hand watching the gorgeous sun set into the ocean. We will definitely be back!

Blue pearl

This property was awesome! Until you rent you just don’t no how it will be. It was perfect. Pictures just don’t do justice it was beyond my expectation. The only thing that was bad was the mosquito, they had just hatched and to get to the ocean you had to walk thru them. We had our dogs(1 of them had IMHA ) so we couldn’t spray her with bug spray to walk to the beach . Beside that the house was gorgeous! Thank you Pam and Ed
