寒い冬を脱出して、船がICWを航行するのを見ているドックでリラックスしてください。 人里離れた1. 375エーカーのオークの木が鳥の聖域を見下ろす水に沈む夕日と相まって冬を過ごすのに最適な場所です。 2ベッドルーム/ 2バスホームは、1年前に1000平方フィートのドック缶で完全に改装されました。 魚、鹿、イルカ、マナティーなどの豊富な野生生物。ボートランプと食料品店への1/2マイル。ビーチまで3/4マイル。

What drew me to the property was the miles of undeveloped wetlands to the west and north. There's also a coastal hammock across the street and several beach accesses. Beautiful sunsets from the dock.

Excellent place to relax

This is our 3rd time staying and it never disappoints. Mike is an awesome host. Always responsive. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our son and daughter-in-law in Palm Coast.

Get away

We were in town for Daytona bike week and this place was a perfect place to get away from all the traffic and noise associated with bike week and a nice little ride down A1A to get back and forth . Definitely will stay here again

Intercoastal Gem

When we weren't out enjoying the beach or the area, we were on that amazing intercoastal dock. Fishing and taking in all of the beautiful scenery. It was fun to see so much wild life too.

Great Rental

Great location! Away from town but close to beaches, restaurants and Publix. The porch out back was a great place to grill and enjoy lunch. Beautiful sunsets from the dock. Saw dolphins and manatee. Wonderful place to just relax and unwind.

Fun!

Property was wonderful-very private. Nearby neighbors were very nice. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and watching the sunsets. Home is very well stocked & had everything we needed! Location was great-several delicious restaurants within a minute or two drive. Beach parking & access directly across the street. We had a couple of small issues which were addressed promptly. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Another excellent stay!

This is the 4th time we’ve stayed at this property and, as always, we’re completely satisfied with every aspect. The property is always clean and very well maintained. The property owner is phenomenal to work with and always responds in a timely manner. We had an issue this time (no fault of the owner or property) and he worked incredibly quickly to help get it resolved for us. We’ll definitely be back again! Big thanks for a great experience!

Excellent

Michael’s place was great. We liked the location, amenities, and the quiet setting. It’s only a minute walk to the intercoastal waterway and about a 5-minute drive to the Atlantic Ocean. It was nice to have two bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower. It was well stocked with most anything that could be needed (including beach towels), but also a very short drive to an excellent restaurant (JT’s!) and a grocery store. Michael communicated well and we had an easy check in. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we highly recommend.

Excellent as always

This is the second time staying at this property. As always, the property was immaculate. It’s a beautiful place to stay and and an excellent owner to deal with. Communication was timely, he always ensures we’re pleased, and responds quickly to the few questions we had. Highly recommended from all aspects. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Florida. Thanks again for a great experience.

Relaxing little paradise

This rental was perfect for us. It’s on a semi private lot shielded from the road with direct access to the intercostal waterway. Use of the dock space and kayaks was perfect to fish, watch for dolphins(we saw several!), watch the boats go by or just relax with a book. The house was very comfortable, nicely stocked and just the right size for us. We had access to hiking trails, the beach, great restaurants, fish market & Publix all within a mile. So glad we found this place

Quiet hammock getaway

This property is exactly as advertised. I used the walkway across the street a couple times a day (around the mountain bike trail). I didn’t bring a bike this time, but the bike path along A1A is right there too. Easy drive to the store and restaurants. Nice quiet getaway in the hammock.
