Come relax and enjoy the refreshing breezes from this Mediterranean style pool home located directly on the picturesque 13th hole of Palm Harbor Golf Club. Completely remodeled and updated with new furnishings in every room and a kitchen with all the modern day conveniences. A brand new grill and a welcoming screened in patio dining set await many family gatherings. Watch tv from within the screened in patio or lounge around on the new outdoor patio furniture. After playing a round of golf take a swim in the large 16X32 electric heated salt water pool or relax in the large screened in lanai enjoying the fresh breezes. There are four new bicycles to ride through the many trails in Palm Coast. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Flagler county all within 10 minutes of the house. Close to shopping, restaurants, the European Village and many bike paths to enjoy.
The home offers four bedrooms, three have queen size beds and one with a bunk bed consisting of a full and a twin on the top. The Master bedroom has a master bath, 43 inch smart HDTV and a small room adjacent to it featuring a baby crib and a pack and play. Each of the other three bedrooms have 32 inch smart TVs.

On lazy days or nights you can enjoy the large 55 inch smart HDTV located in both the living room and family room. There are a few games, ping pong table and pool toys located in the garage for everyone to use. There is also free WI-FI throughout the house.

The house is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. We are also about 90 minutes from Disney world and Theme Parks.

We had such an amazing stay here! At first we thought the pool was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival, but then we realized on the second day that it gets dirty very easily. The house was huge and extremely accommodating for our family of six. The host even allowed us to check in one day late and check out one day late due to an unexpected emergency surgery for one of my family members. Would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10. The beach is at Palm Coast are very private and not at all crowded. If you want a little bit more of a populated beach, you can just drive 10 miles down to Flagler Beach.

Owner should up date pictures on vrbo or update property. The landscaping needs attention, weeds and dead plants all around the perimeter. Screened in porch has portions loose, big enough for a toddler or young child to get through. Pool floor needs resurfacing. Some outdoor furniture needs to be replaced, some are broken, some has the seat mesh tearing away. The umbrella for the patio set was moldy / dirty. The interior of the home for the most part was good, but would recommend a deep clean once a month. Door frames and around light switches need to be cleaned. Some towels should be retired due to stains. The worse was the smell that is in the garage/ laundry area. Think its the rug in there, smells like dog urine. I had to burn scented candles just to go out and do laundry. The good was the quick response from the owner. After a long day we came home to no water. Contacted owner and issue fixed in less then 1 hr.

This is a great home. Everyone had a wonderful time and praised its appearance. Home is very spacious and has areas where one can have some privacy. The children who visited us had a wonderful time in the pool. Even our two pets had a wonderful time.

Great stay!

House was awesome! Plenty of room (especially for a family) in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool area and backyard look out over the golf course so there’s plenty of privacy to sit out and enjoy the weather. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay near St. Augustine

We enjoyed our time, close to beaches, st.augustine. it was a bit cold for swimming but finally was able to get in the pool our last day. I would recommend staying here.

Very nice house

This house was perfect for my family. It was clean, had a lot of convenient things like beach chairs, washing machine, dryer, dishes, ect. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed a lot of time in it. This location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The communication with the host was excellent as well. We would definitely recommend!
