The amenities in the condo were fantastic. They were very comfortable, and there were items to help us prepare meals. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We had access to all the beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas, and they were conveniently located with a cool beach cart that could be transformed into a table at the beach. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! We had such a great time that we’ve already booked our stay for next year.

Nice location with great views of the sunset right from balcony. Just steps down to the beach and pool. Restaurants are close by, and kitchen that works for limited cooking. I was surprised by a $45 fee for parking, but otherwise good. Would definitely recommend for couples or a small family.

Stayed 4 nights in April/May. Air conditioning worked great, space was as described. Gorgeous beach view, and beach access just out the rear of the condo. So handy to have very close parking, beach just steps away, and a restaurant on the first floor if wanted. We used beach chairs and umbrella every day. We never used the cart, but it appeared to be a beach cornhole game on wheels that you could strap something to, not an actual cart. Kitchen had what we needed (coffee maker with reusable pod for ground coffee), plates, cups, utensils. Lots of pots and pans we didn’t use. I enjoyed watching the occasional dolphin on the patio each morning. Check-in was a little frustrating. Process: get keys as described by host, THEN use largest key on left of sliding doors to access lobby to obtain parking pass from front desk. Once I figured that out, it was a breeze :)I would say this is not a particularly family friendly condo (it was just 2 of us, so no big deal). But it is located within 1/2 mile to yummy restaurants (Oyster Society, Fin, or Pinchers) and an ice cream shop as well as a few souvenir shops. We enjoyed a day of riding around the island on bikes as well. It was a relaxing time, and the condo was the perfect spot for us!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in pictures and how it was described. Super clean, great AC, plenty of towels and beach supplies. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Cannot wait to stay again!

This location is phenomenal. The beach front property and balcony views are amazing. We loved sitting on balcony and watching for dolphins. Unit is clean and owner responsive and easy to deal with. The only mentionable negative is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable, lumpy, as in difficult to turn over due to the lumps. Pillows were also uncomfortable. I hate giving less than a top rating as we really enjoy this unit, but bed needs replacing for a top rating.

I am sorry to hear that the mattress did not meet your comfort expectations during your stay. The mattress is high quality and was purchased just three years ago, and we have received positive feedback from previous guests regarding its comfort. As I told you last year when you expressed similar concerns, I took into consideration all bedding options when I purchased this mattress. This mattress was recommended by the store and used in most high end resorts. It is an orthopedic foundation ,plush queen mattress with a Slumberluxe terry mattress top which does a quilted layer that you may have felt was lumpy. I always very receptive to my guests and responsive to their needs. You are a repeat renter and are aware of the continuous upgrades and exceptional maintenance of my condo. I understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to sleep and I am sorry again that you were disappointed.

Great Place

First time to the island and we chose a great place to stay. Beautiful views and great sunsets from the balcony. It's nice that you are right on the beach, just a short stroll down the walkway.
