Great Stay

We loved the house. It was VERY clean and in a great location. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and we loved the backyard and covered porch. There is AC in the master bedroom downstairs and AC in the Queen bedroom upstairs. Both Bathrooms are on the first floor. Thank you for a great stay.

Hoyt Neck is amazing!

We have always loved visiting the coast of Maine and really enjoyed our stay on Hoyt's neck. Was great to be able to socially distance with family around the fire in the back yard. Don't think twice before booking this special property .

2 Weeks of Bliss

My family of 4 spend 2 weeks at this property. We love this area of Maine and my husband grew up in the vicinity. It was a great opportunity to get away and enjoy summer and the outdoors. We brought up our paddle boards for use in the nearby cove and explored all the neighboring beaches from Goose Rocks to Fortunes Rocks. Such a beautiful location and the scenery is stunning. The house was well equipped and really clean. We just enjoyed every minute and feel so fortunate to get away. The property manager was also great about with communicating to us about the changing rules regarding COVID-19 and we felt really informed and comfortable.

A little gem by the water.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend - 6 people. It was a lovely place. A short walk to the beach (5 minutes max), a nice back yard to enjoy fire and mingling. Located within a 20 minute drive to down town Kennebunkport but still offering the peace and quiet we wanted. Please note that the room with two beds does not have AC and two bathrooms are on the first floor. There are no bathrooms on the second floor. We hope to rent this property in the future we felt truly at home. Thank you!!

We recently installed solar powered shades to the skylights in the third bedroom upstairs to minimize the heat coming from the sun. Adding the shades to the skylights with the 12,000 BTU split unit in the adjacent bedroom should provide significant cooling. Peaceful

The house was perfect! It has all the necessities needed. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Beautiful Fortune Beach. We all slept great in the comfy beds.

Granite Point vacation

Beautiful property in the middle of a neighborhood. Close to perfect. Lovely gardens, updated decor, comfortable furniture. A couple things to consider with this house: both bathrooms are on the first floor (which only was a problem because one of our guests was on crutches which he had to navigate the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night), the upstairs bedroom with the twins does not have AC, there was construction on the house that sits in the front and the only view of the ocean was blocked by a rolloff scrap truck (hopefully that is done soon). Otherwise we had a wonderful week in a beautiful setting. Thanks to K’Port Concierge for welcoming us and taking care of our needs. Would definitely use your services again.

Jennifer, thank you for staying on Hoyt's Neck. We are sorry to hear that there was neighboring construction going on during your stay that obstructed your views. It's challenging for everyone if nearby home owners are getting work done in mid-season. We have updated our listing to ensure that it is abundantly clear the bathrooms are on the first floor. As for the A/C, we find that if you leave the BR doors open the queen bedrooms splitter is powerful enough to provide some comfort in the other bedroom. If that was not your experience, we apologize. I’m Mike McCarthy. I moved to Maine when I was a freshman in High School from Massachusetts. I continued my education at University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. I fell in love with the area during that time. Work brought me to Florida 19 years ago but my love for the area remained. I met my wife Jaclyn in Tampa, Florida and our first trip together was to Kennebunkport, Maine. She fell in love with the Maine experience immediately. Now with two daughters, the four of us are enamored with this perfect stretch of coastline. We recently moved to Massachusetts due to work and to manage the property.

Over the years we often vacationed in the area to visit with family and friends. We came across this unique area of Biddeford Pool and its serenity when we walked around. We found this house and immediately knew that we had found the right place for us. As we considered our lives now and in the future we realized that it is perfect for our girls to enjoy the beach, climb on the rocks, bike, fish, and of course make smores by the campfire, but it is also perfect for us adults, and will remain an ideal place for us when we're empty nesters. The house is situated a stone's throw from two beaches that are less traveled. This really makes it a place we can enjoy now as a family, and will continue to enjoy when it's just the two of us. So whether you're renting our home as a family with kids or as a couple or a group of adults, you'll find it to be the getaway you'll always want to come back to.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Location and serenity. This house gives you access to the great amenities of Kennebunkport but offers a calm and quiet that is different than the Goose Rocks area. We really wanted something that was close to the ocean, where we could hear the waves, and feel the ocean breeze, but that wasn't overrun. This is that special place. We purchased the house in 2018 and have outfitted it with everything that we love for vacation. We added modern touches and updates to the property to make it an ideal place to visit and vacation. We have not rented the property out since 2020 and hope to add additional photos of some outdoor updates we have since done.
