The house was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the space. The beds were comfy. Very close to the beach. The house was very clean except someone forgot to clean the floors in the kitchen/dining space. I’m sure this was an oversight not the norm. We would definitely rent this home again. Could use some more wine glasses, we could only find 3. Check in was very easy.

Was a great place for a big family to stay. I do have a child with mobility issues and it worked well that everything we needed was on the first level and accessible. Love that they had lots of toys for kids. The pool table was not level so that was a bit of a bummer and the fooseball table definitely needed to be oiled. But overall would definitely recommend staying there! Loved the close proximity to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. House was very clean would stay here again.

Great Property!

This was the perfect property for our stay! Very close to the beach and walking distance to the prom. Perfect amount of rooms and living spaces. House was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wide range of age’s - had a wonderful time!

Our first time staying in a rental house like this we all had a great experience. Wide range of age newborn, 5, 11, 13, 16, 18, 19 and up. One adult who uses a walker to get around as well, was able to get in and around the main floor and enjoyed their suite w/queen bed. We found out you can get a free wheelchair from the community for going out onto the sand and water. We knew we would be staying when there would be lots of rain. We kept an eye on the weather maps for dry times and wet depending on what we wanted to do. We had lots of activities and things to do for all both inside the property and outside. Everyone has talked about how great a time they had. We also cooked all our meals there on site great kitchen setup, and eating experience. Wonderful views of the ocean and area. We walked the area 90% of the times. We hope others can have as great a time there as we have had.

Clean, Well-Stock, Spacious House, Close to EVERYTHING!

This house was perfect for our family vacation with 2 families including 6 boys ages 2-14. There was plenty of room. It was clean, spacious, well maintained, and filled with all of the little things that make a home great for a vacation with kids, including a pool table, foosball, beach toys, kites, games, legos, puzzles, toddle toys, books, TVs and more! The essentials for cooking and cleaning up were also well supplied including a BBQ, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, pantry items, spices, garbage bags, washer/drier, dish/laundry soap, etc. It is a pleasant and convenient 2-minute walk (1 block) to the beach, and 5-minute walk (3 blocks) to the arcades, shops and restaurants on Broadway. The check-in and check-out process was flexible and quick, with a person arriving at the pre-determined time to make sure everything went smoothly. Overall, this was an excellent VRBO experience and we would highly recommend Seaside Vacation Homes for your Seaside vacation!

This is a gem!

The location and house was perfect for our needs! We had 12 people (8 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids) and never felt like we were on top of each other or insufficient space to have a meal around the table. We had a member of a family who recently had knee surgery and another who injured their foot. This was perfect for each of them since one of the two master bedrooms was on the main floor and the house was only one block from the Promenade. Thank you so much for being a part of our amazing family reunion! We will be back!

The house is great, with lots of room

The location is great. The sleeping commendations worked nicely for our 9 Gal retreat. The house provided everything we needed. It's on our list as a place we would love to come back to.

They thought of everything!

This beautifully appointed and very spacious house was perfect for a weekend getaway for three couples. It would be perfect for a family with children, as there is entertainment galore; foosball, caroms, lots of toys and a play room away from the main living room. Pool table for the adults. Pack n play for baby. The house is meticulously clean and modern. The no animals policy was appreciated, for those in our group who are allergic. We will definitely come back to this house again and again.
