Not too happy with stay
Our trip consisted of five adults and five kids, the stay was ok! When we first arrived, the keypad code didn’t work, temp inside was at 74 degrees (thermostat 68 degrees) didn’t cool the place until next morning so our sleep upstairs was miserable. Didn’t know about fees to heat the pool ($20 per day) or rent the grill ($35 per day) that’s at the unit until the day of arrival. I feel that was Misleading and should be included in the rental feel. The WiFi worked when it wanted. The clubhouse was always packed, we didn’t get a chance to check it out. The location is very close to everything and it was crowded everywhere. Traffic was always backed up. I can say that Deconova communication was on point, the young lady was nice, she always answered the phone and was very helpful. Which is one of the reasons I am giving the rental an overall 3 stars.
