This property is in a great location to enjoy all that Grace Bay has to offer! Loved being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the grocery store. OCW resort is beautiful and the onsite restaurant and beach bar were favorites. The condo is clean and comfortable- we had plenty of room to relax. Leola was amazing to work with- she made us feel very welcome and everything was perfect!

Amazing place and customer service

We would stay there again. The place was in walking distance to shops and restaurants. The beach was a quick walk and had enough chairs. The property manager was easy to work with and gave us a lot of great ideas on things to do. We highly recommend this property.

Great Experience

We had a great vacation. Would definitely stay again. The place was great for 2 couples. We would also consider staying there with our 2 kids. Good size for 4 people. Leone was very welcoming, had the place ready early & very informative. Resort is nice, great beach bar, chairs & umbrellas included & access to Grace Bay!

Great location

Location was perfect. The beach is just a short walk through the resort and plenty of bars and restaurants withing walking distance. Unit was super clean.

Great location!

The condo was clean with comfortable beds and was a short walk away from beautiful Grace Bay beach. Check in was easy and Randy was always available to help. The location is very close to shopping and some great restaurants, so we didn’t need to rent a car!

Great location for exploring Grace Bay on foot

Very spacious, comfortable, and accommodating. Walking distance to pretty much everything. My only suggestion would be to have a cart/wagon for groceries.

Great Trip to Grace Bay

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! We stayed for a week over the New Year holiday. The location was terrific, a very easy walk to the beautiful Grace Bay beach. Restaurants, shopping, and the grocery store were also very short walks away from the condo. There is plenty of parking on site, and the property manager, Leola, was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

The condo was super close to the Grace bay beach, only a 2-3 min walk back through the resort! They had beach chairs, snorkel gear, flippers, everything you would need to have a great stay. The property manager was really nice and worked with us during the check in process. I would highly recommend!

LOVED Turks - Ocean Club West Resort is a perfect location!

Our family of 5 enjoyed Ocean Club West and the proximity to dining and adventures. Our first time to Turks and it was a GREAT trip! We will be back! We could have used 3 bedrooms, but made it work with the pull out couch. Randy was a great help and quick to respond with concierge assistance!

Very nice property. Not directly on the beach but not a far walk to the pool and ocean. Alanzo is excellent. Nice location - many things within walking distance. Grace bay beaches are beautiful. The water is so clear; there’s no seaweed in the water or on the beach.

Affordable Grace Bay stay!

Great location! Able to walk to several places. We rented a car for airport, grocery, and various locations around the island. Easy check in/out. Able to use the Ocean Club West resort amenities without the prices! Leola was just a phone call away!

Wonderful Vacation

We arrived in Turks and Caicos after spending a week in Grand Cayman. Unit is located in the heart of Grace Bay so everything is in walking distance including casino, shopping and great restaurants. The beach and hotel amenities are top notch. Definetly rent a car and explore the island. Our ambassador gave us a lot of great information including the Thursday Fish Fry, a must for everyone with live music, fresh seafood and local vendors.

Perfect

Great location. We could walk to everything. The place was comfortable and clean. It is on the back side of the resort adjacent to a busy street but it was not noisey and even sitting on the balcony was more of a hustle and bustle sound at the busiest time of the year. Charlene showed us in and was a pleasure to deal with. The beach was amazing and the pool was great. I thought the beach was not very close looking at the map but it was a very short walk--close enough to walk back for a bottle of water or to use the bathroom. Would stay here again.

Great last minute trip

We were supposed to go somewhere else but there was a hurricane. So at the last minute we chose Turks & Caicos. With not much planning, we ended up at Ocean Bay West condo. It was clean, had snorkeling gear for us 4 plus some, beach chairs, and a cooler. The cooler was perfect to pack lunches and waters for our days at the beach. The beach is beautiful, the location is good, we did rent a car to see other parts of the island and I’m glad we did. We would stay here again.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay. The location was perfect and felt incredibly safe. Safe enough to let me teens walk into town. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was quick & easy. My only issue is that I messaged the host several times in the weeks leading up to our departure & didn’t hear back until a few days before our trip, so that was incredibly stressful but it all worked out in the end. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Thank you Karen for your review and for staying with us at Penthouse 305, so happy that the location being in the center of Grace Bay worked out for you and the teenagers. It is ideal if not renting a car to be able to walk to everything. We apologize that there was a break in communication regarding check-in instructions s and we have now added this to the hospitality portion of the online VRBO portal. This will ensure easy access to information on contacting the Condo host once you have booked. Lessons learned. Really enjoyed The Plaza at Ocean Club West

Property was just as advertised--great furnishings and accommodations with access to all the things we most wanted to use at the resort--the beach facilities and the gym. The location is great since you can walk to so many restaurants and a very nice grocery store, and the beach is a quick walk from the condo. The only thing that was a little confusing was around needing to bring towels from the condo as the resort ones were on the "can't use" list. We'll be back!

Thank you Pam for staying with us at our Condo on the Plaza - in the Heart of Grace Bay. This is one of the great features of this rental as everything is really a short walk away. While you have all access to the pool, beach, gym, tennis courts and restaurant on property, we provide beach/pool towels for in the Suite for the exclusive use of our private renters. Want to go back

The condo was just as advertised. The venue was magnificent. We spent most days at the beach, but when we came back to the condo, we had what we needed; a kitchen with stuff to cook, a comfy bed and well appointed bathroom! Sitting out on the balcony was pleasant too in the evening. There is a short walk across the parking lot to get to the resort and the awesome beach. I will recommend the grouper for dinner at the restaurant as well...had to have it twice!! Thanks for letting us use your place!!

Check-in

I was expecting an email about how to check-in, but had to go to the main resort to have them call sweet Randy to come help us. Everyone is super nice and friendly and attentive, though. Not a huge complaint, but frustrating being in a foreign country. Beautiful condo, location and people.

Spacious Condo

We had a great time staying at the Ocean Club West Plaza. The condo had everything you need and is very spacious. We had one small issue that was resolved quickly. The decor is definitely dated but has that island feel. The kitchen needs non stick frying pans but that was not an issue. Bigger coffee cups would be great too. The resort has a nice pool and the beach is amazing! You have free use of the beds and umbrellas. There are chairs and other items in the condo if you venture further afield.
