Chandler staycation

The property and amenities were beautiful and high end. It’s very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. The property managers were responsive if needed but nothing was of major concern. I would stay again for another staycation.

Our stay at the Cays was absolutely fantastic! We rented the unit for over four months. The unit was clean and exactly as described in the photos. The management team takes great pride in maintaining the entire complex, ensuring that everything from the pool and garage to the elevators is immaculate. Whenever we encountered any issues, they promptly contacted us and were always incredibly helpful in resolving them. Overall, the property is well-managed and provides a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The experience was first

The experience was first class. The grounds, the pool area is beautiful (perfect temperature), the entire facility exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well appointed. The overall value rating is a 5/5. Also, within a few hundred feet are some great restaurants. My favorite was CHOP but all were very good. We'll definitely be back soon.

Beautifully appointed and well provisioned condo

My wife an I fully enjoyed our stay at the Cays. The condo we rented for a month had a beautiful 3rd floor view of the pool and received plenty of morning sun. We were impressed with the Elite representative (Brendan) and his willingness to meet us at any time and provide us the keys. He went above and beyond and gave us a quick tour of the entire facility, which was great. The condo is well provisioned with just about everything you need to live including cooking utensils, glasses, tool set, bag for taking items to the pool, pool towels etc... The bed was very comfortable and there is a ton of room for your clothes and gear in the large walk in closet. We received prompt response to any issue or question we had. we had a terrific time and would definitely rent again. Thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful condo, exceptionally oufitted

Stayed from 2/24-3/24/19. Weather started out a little cool but was beautiful low 80s by end of March. Our stay was great and the property management rep (Brendan) went out of his way to meet up with us and get us the keys after dark, also gave us a quick tour of the property. The condo is beautifully appointed and stocked with just about anything you could want other than your own food (e.g. utensils, cookware, glasses, basic tools, insulated pool bag, etc...). The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The view from the balcony is stunning, just as shown on VRBO. Building amenities are very good as well, good sized gym and yoga room, 2 computers for guest internet access. Comfortable public gathering space, pool table, multiple outside barbeque grills, 3 large outdoor gas fired firepits, large heated swimming pool and large hot tub. Also note the building has great security with electronic key fob access control. Also found the greater Chandler area to provide just about anything you need or want to do within just a few miles, extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again.
