Family Holiday Ski Vacation

Beautiful home and location

We truly enjoyed staying in this home. Very clean, well stocked, and amazing responsiveness from the owner. Each bedroom is en suite with its own outdoor space. Magical views all around. Will stay here again.

Great ski vacation!

We had an amazing 2 weeks skiing — Great weather! Lots of snow! John was a super host! And the house was perfect for our family! Great location & ski in/out!

Lovely vacation home

This is a beautiful property and very accommodating for families. Plenty of room to be together to enjoy cooking family meals in the well appointed kitchen or taking in the wonderful views from the balcony. All bedrooms are en-suite and have luxury towels and soaps which was appreciated by our family. It’s a great location for summer or winter getaway. John is a nice and attentive host.

Nice home

It was a nice home, represented well. It is really hard to beat for Snowmass. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The ski out option is not for beginners.

Amazingly Comfortable Home and Location

Such a fantastic home. Incredible location. Easy access to the mountain. Very clean. Well stocked. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the week. Owner was so kind, informative and helpful with respect to the house and the area. Would stay here every time we head to Snowmass!

Ski in snowmass

We have stayed in many homes/condos over the years in Aspen/Snowmass and this was by far our favorite! Great ski in location and lovely decor. Every bedroom (4) with private bath and balcony with gorgeous Mountain View’s! Great owner who reaches out to make sure your stay is perfect. Highly recommend.

WONDERFUL FAMILY SKI WEEK

The Butler house was perfect for our stay. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the ski-in, ski-out location was easy to figure out, the living room with a roaring gas fireplace was great for our apres-ski gatherings, and Snowmass is a mountain with skiing for skiers of all abilities. When you factor in the accessibility to the Town of Aspen and all it has to offer, we couldn't have done better.

Fabulous stay at beautiful welll-equipped home!

We stayed at the Bulter home in July 2024 and loved every minute of it. The host, John, was very communicative and easy to work with, and his home was clean and well-equipped. Every room had an en suite bathroom, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. We did some great hikes from the house, and walked to the Snowmass Village (during the day - would not recommend after dark)! The views from the porch were beautiful. We would love to stay here again!!

Great time & great host!

Nice house with 4 similar bedrooms all with full bathrooms which was great. Hot tub was a hit. Well stocked house. John was AMAZING Host and went up and beyond in helping us and answering questions. Best host we’ve ever had in many years!

Beautiful fully equipped home

Ski in/out was incredible. Literally walk to the end of the driveway, strap on your skis/board, and you're at Snowmass Village lifts in under 20 minutes. The ski back trail is easy and super fun! The house itself is incredibly well equipped and the owner John is super thoughtful. We stayed for 10 days and can't wait to come back.

Perfect family ski getaway!

This house was absolutely perfect for our 2 families of 4. The kitchen was stocked, there were tons of linens and the hot tub was fantastic! The house is incredibly well maintained and John was the perfect host and available for anything we needed. The ski in was challenging was doable for the entire family, but the ski out is definitely for blue/black skiers. The good news is that Adams Avenue green run is a short 5 min walk and very easy to access. All in all, it was our favorite stay we have had in Snowmass! We will be back!

Great Family Ski Trip

Loved the house, it worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was amazingly equipped with anything needed to prepare nice food. The owner was wonderful about giving information about the area including info on dinning, equipment rentals, tv, spa, ski in and out, etc. For skiing, the mud room had plenty of space for skis and clothing. There was even a mid week house cleaning that was a pleasant surprise. Only issue was there wasn’t great snow so the ski out became a little more challenging. That said, it was just a short walk to another spot to enter on Adam’s Ave. Thanks John!!

New Years at the Butler House

9 of us (4 Adults and 5 kids) stayed at the Butler House over New Years. This was one of the best rental homes we have stayed at. We skied everyday, the slopes were easily accessible down the private run or a short 5 minute walk to Adams Avenue for those that needed an easier way down. Skiing back to the house was so easy, and all of us could handle it, right off Green Cabin. We used the hot tub everyday, and access to Snowmass Village was easy with the taxi service. John was great and provided so much useful information (restaurants, transportation, etc.) All in all, a 5 star stay!

The house, the location, were perfect!

In addition to having four en suite bedrooms, the dining and living room are also roomy. The kitchen has every cooking need or wish (including a panini maker!) for two/three cooks to move around and prepare dinner for nine. But perhaps the two best elements of the house are the easy ski in-ski out and the large mud room. Very few places have a big enough mud/ski storage for a large group. This house does!

Butler home

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful house. We were eight people, and we each had a great bedroom, and we all had our own large bathrooms. If you like to cook, there was nothing missing in that kitchen. Better equipped than my own at home. Many photos were taken on the balcony outside the living room.The views! Our host, John Butler was exceptional. Just a phone call or text away, and always so helpful and caring. We would come back to the Butler home!!

Gorgeous Snowmass Getaway!

We could not have found a more perfect place for a week-long vacation in the mountains. We loved hanging out on the back deck watching the swallows fly about, even spotted a buck and a doe just beneath the deck. We hiked Maroon Bells, went white water rafting, spent some time in nearby Aspen, attended the Snowmass rodeo, took the Silver Queen gondola to the top of Aspen mountain and the Elk Camp gondola to Lost Forest. The home was well equipped from any kitchen utensil you would need, to hot tub, gas grill, board games. John Butler (host) was always available to answer questions and help whenever needed. I would have to say this was one of the BEST experiences we have ever had.

Oh What A View

For starters, the property is beautiful and looks right over Snowmass Village. There was a total of 4 people in the house, but it can definitely hold more. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you will need. John was such a great host! Via phone, text or email; we spoke various times leading up to the trip. He provided me with so much information on the area. Any question that I had, it was answered within a matter of minutes. What a great time and experience at the Butler house. I will be back!

Equal spaces

Nice house design with all closets bedrooms and baths the same size. Great for a group of friends - where no one gets the one big room and everyone else get a small closet sized room. Great location for hiking right out the door.

Heaven in Snowmass

This is one of the best vacation rental houses ever!! Perfect ski in- ski out, open living spaces with a VERY well equipped kitchen, great bedroom set up, ski/mud/laundry room perfection and best of all John was lovely to deal with:) We look forward to another stay very soon!!!
