My family spent New Year's week at this luxury ski-in ski-out home.The home is extremely large and is equipped with all the amenities needed for enjoying family time. We especially enjoyed the wood burning fire place, barbecue grill, hot tub and the gourmet kitchen.I would highly recommend the property!

Bday late Christmas ski trip

Our group of 7 adults loved staying here. So much room to spread out. Best stocked kitchen I have ever had at a vacation rental. Skier/boarders said the ski in ski out access was very easy going out and coming back to the house. Owner extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly.

Great Family Gathering Spot

We truly enjoyed our 3 generation family ski trip. Home is very conducive for large group to feel close and bonded between the large kitchen and sunken living room with fireplace. Great gathering spots after a day of skiing for relaxing by the fire and board games at the large kitchen table. Walk to the slopes a little longer than advertised but still doable.

Great trip to Aspen/Snowmass

Really great house with great spaces for our group. We had seven of us on a guys ski trip and there were plenty of rooms for all of us. The walk to/from the slopes would not qualify as true ski in/out, but was totally manageable and 100x better than getting in the car and driving to a parking lot. As can be seen in the pictures, the decor is pretty dated, but we didn't care. What is not pictured, but a nice benefit is that there is a double garage, which is not for parking in, but is carpeted, has some seating, and gear racks. It was an amazing staging area for gearing up to hit the slopes. We had a great time and would definitely rent here again.

Snowmass Ski Trip with 10 good friends.

Great spot. House had plenty of room. Perfect amenities. “Ski in/Ski Out” is a bit of a stretch as we had to walk a bit to get to the slopes. Depends on the definition I’m sure. My definition is walk out my door and put my ski’s on and I’m off.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our group of 12 family members had a wonderful stay at Alpine Lane. The wood-burning fireplace was so enjoyable and we spent most of our family time in that room and the dining room. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of dishes, flatware and glasses for our large group. The house was warm and comfortable, the garage and mudroom made for easy entry, and the bedroom layout was great for our multi-generational group. The en suite king bedroom on the public room level was a real bonus for me and my husband. The bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The laundry room on the lower level was a great plus. My family loved the hot tub and the sauna. Access to Adams Avenue was a short distance from the house and the skiers in our group used it daily. Our host, who we had the pleasure to meet on our arrival, was so warm and helpful. She was readily available to answer questions or take care of problems but we had no issues during our stay. We all enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and the stands of trees surrounding the house. What a joy to watch the sunrise from the living room. All in all, I would highly recommend this home.

Snowmass family ski week

Great home - wonderful views - large communal spaces (kitchen/DR table seats 10, large LR, another large LR on lower level) - hot tub - sauna - ski in/out access is ~300-400 feet away directly accessing Adam’s Avenue run. Snowmass ski school program is outstanding!

Great Very Large House - looks better than the photos!

This house is huge (felt especially big as we were not a large group). The interior looks fresher and brighter than the photos. Lots of light everywhere in the main areas. Fairly easy walk to the slopes (~900 ft). The owner is very responsive and nice and cares a lot that things work and guests have a good experience.

Overall very satisfied w condition of house & amenities & kitchen equipped w everything needed . The heated garages made in very easy & comfortable to change into :/ out of ski equipment without trampling through the house. The design of house granted privacy & quiet to our group of adult couples & singles . While we experienced very cold outside temperatures during our stay, we never felt the need to adjust inside temps due to sunny location & solid construction of the house . Terrific views, hot tub and bedrooms … Thoroughly enjoyed by our group . Thank you

Snowmass family vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 12. The roominess of the house allowed everyone to enjoy the big group but also have room to be by yourself if you wanted quiet time. The two garages are heated and perfect for ski in ski out. There are plenty of places for skis, boots and poles. The new jacuzzi was enjoyed by all and sits right on the lower deck. Getting to the Adams Avenue run at Snowmass that takes you to the gondola or chair in Snowmass Village is a 3-5 minute walk with skis. We had 12 people of differing ability do it all 5 days while we were there and it was no problem. The service folks were on top of everything from snow removal to garbage removal to wood replacement for the fireplace. The owner was an excellent communicator and everything worked perfectly. If it didn’t she was available by phone, text or email as described in her communications. We had a great time. Greg

Spacious and accommodating house located close to skiing

This house is very spacious, and easily accommodated our group of 6-9. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite bathrooms. The owner was very responsive to our requests.

Family and Friends in the Mountains

Great house with plenty of room to socialize and rooms to sleep. 300 steps door to slopes made it perfect for getting on the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot!

A hand full of friends and I rented this place recently and loved it. The ski in ski out is nice but should be understood that is actually means about a 10 minute walk back and forth to the slope and it’s up and down hills on a potentially icy road (it was icy for us). Additionally, the walk to the village was about 15+ minutes but involved walked across the slopes, but was doable. We did not have a vehicle, so if you’re planning on staying here without a vehicle, it’s totally doable, just be ready to walk a bit. It definitely made it tough when checking in, as we had to walk from the village to the location with our luggage. Pre plan your lift from the village or airport with dial-a-ride. The house itself is extremely spacious! The hot tub is amazing! The kitchen is large. I would definitely stay here again, now having a better lay of the land.

Great location!

We stayed here with 3 families (6 adults, 10 kids) and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and in a great location for exploring the Aspen/Snowmass area. Excellent communication with the owner, a couple small issues that were addressed very quickly. We’d definitely stay here again!

For us, the location and the house was perfect

Very impressed with the owner/management. They were very responsive to any needs we had. For us it was a very convenient location. For our large family (10 people) it was roomy and provided privacy for all. We particularly enjoyed the decks and the hot tub, The kitchen was very well equipped.

Excellent location and lovely home

We were a group of long-term lady friends meeting annually in a snow town for skiing. The house was set up absolutely perfectly all the ladies had no more than two of us per bathroom which was fantastic! We never fell on top of each other the house layout is very nice for privacy and communal gatherings. The location was perfect a very short drive to the base area of the mountain & wonderful Mountain View’s! . The kitchen was fantastic well stocked & laid out with an open floor plan and what a beautiful fireplace! The house owner Sally was amazing too- we had some minimal questions when we first arrive that she answered very promptly! We love the property and would absolutely suggest it!! Thank you
