Good Day Sunshineへようこそ。

この素晴らしい家に滞在する最初のゲストの一人で素晴らしい8つのスイート、プラス2つの二段ベッドルームを備え、11。5の浴室があります。

     PERFECT Family Vacationには、それほど多くの余地があります。

Amazing place to stay!!! Beautiful home close to beach and other activities. Pool and hot tub were magnificent!!Every suite was sweet!! And bunk rooms were fun!! Had the best time!

Bedrooms and all the private baths were great. A few houses down from the beach access. Extremely clean house. Pool was nice and so was the hot tub. The game room on the 3rd floor was utilized by all. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Family reunion

We were all thoroughly impressed with our stay at this beach house. It was large and spacious, a nice pool and jacuzzi in the backyard, and a short walk to the beautiful miramar beach. Our stay here was fun and relaxing and we cant wait to come back next year.

Good Day Sunshine is an amazing property. Everything was perfect. And our property management company was awesome too. They checked in to make sure we were doing well and continued to check in throughout the week. Best experience I've had on the gulf coast!

Outstanding property

Exactly as advertised. House was clean and property manager was very helpful. We had a few minor problems all of which were fixed promptly and none of which interfered with enjoying our stay.. This was our 2nd stay here for our family of 22; we will gladly return.

Perfect space for large groups

The house was absolutely perfect - plenty of space for couples to have their own rooms, allowed for nice group dinners, lots of areas for people to escape if they wanted or join all together. The walk to the beach was 2 mins and it wasn’t crowded like the public beaches. Convenient to grocery, local restaurants, and activities. The property manager was accommodating and very responsive. We are hoping to book again next year!

We held our annual sales meeting at this house and it was the perfect venue for the meeting. The main floor had a great layout in order to have meetings, with a tv in the middle in order to put up presentations. We loved the kitchen area with all of the refrigerators for the food and drink we brought in. The gas stove was great and the multiple tables for dining was great. We had the pool and hot tub heated to the perfect temperatures for our stay. That was a game changer. Our team hung out there as much or more than at the beach, which was a short walk away. Overall, this is a great home for a large group. Plenty of rooms/beds for sleeping and a great layout. I highly recommend this home. The house manager, Carrie, was super attentive and great to work with as well!

An Amazing Stay at Good Day Sunshine

This house exceeded our expectations on all levels. Upon entering, it truly took our breath away. My entire family from the adults to the children, all had a wonderful time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean....even the bed comforters/blankets are professionally laundered between guests! We had a very minor maintenance issue and the maintenance repairman was professional, friendly and the response was beyond prompt. The housing manager Carrie, was such a pleasure and truly made us feel welcome. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back next year. Thank you for giving us the perfect place to make family memories.

Hello sunshine is a great house for large family reunions

This house was perfect for our needs. We had 20 adults from 3 generations plus 4 little ones and a baby. All rooms with a bathroom (except one bunk room with external bath) so each couple/family had their privacy. Common spaces and kitchen are very large so no stepping on each others toes. Read info for details but I can see this house useful for even larger groups, particularly adding teenagers or young adults. Carrie contacted us a few days out to go over details. She was very accessible during our stay and made everything easy. So much more to say but I’ll just summarize that our trip was excellent.Side note: we rented extra beach chairs and a cart but the cart is not useful at this location because of stairs going onto beach. Also, the chairs and umbrellas provided are set up every day (no hassle).

Fantastic Family Vacation

This place was beautiful and HUGE! Not one of the 19 of us felt crowed in any way. The beach was a beautiful white soft sand and not a far walk. The pool was great and the kids had a blast, although, we had to remind them not to run even though so excited because they could slip on the tile. The house was furnished with everything you need as far as dishes, utensils, pots & pans etc., and bath towels. The bunk rooms were a hit for the kids, they had their own space. The 6 bikes were a bonus, we used them quite a bit. Carrie was great! Very kind and helpful. Very quick to respond to all of our needs. I was glad she stopped in to meet us. The only thing I would suggest is a runner rug on the inside of the patio door in the event someone had wet feet from the pool to prevent slipping on the tile floor. We had great relaxed week and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was very clean and comfy.

Outstanding property

Property is just as advertised. We had 26 people from 6 different families and all age groups. Everyone agreed the place was great. Beach, pool, house, rooms, kitchen! All first class. Can't say enough good about it.

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend

The property was beautiful, Beach Reunion Rep Carrie was amazing, she made sure we had the best vacation time. The home was so accommodating, massive in size, all the rooms were beautiful. The outdoor summer kitchen and pool were just what we needed. We had a beautiful time. Thanks again!

Wonderful House

We were very impressed with this beautiful home. The home seems to be brand new and very well equipped for a large group. The manager of the property was very responsive and helpful through out the process. Very happy all around with our experience.
