Was the perfect location for our getaway in Naples. Close to beach, close to shopping, close to great restaurants. The house was plenty big and everything was nice, new and clean.

Naples Spring Trip

Excellent location, close to beach and great restaurants. House had many amenities and the kitchen was very well equipped. Host was extremely responsive and pleasant. We would stay again in a heart beat.

Short and sweet stay

Our experience was very good! Close to where we needed to be, beds were comfortable, house was clean. We weren’t at the property much, just a little in the morning and got back late but everything was great! Thanks again!

Very clean, modern, with everything we needed. 4 brand new beach cruisers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. all ready to go for those looking to enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk or bike ride away. We really appreciated the full fenced back yard, which was perfect for our dogs during our stay. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. Host was great and very responsive.

Great stay!

Overall, your property had EVERYTHING we needed and was VERY clean! You were immediately responsive to a shower liner concern. Your attached screen porch is undersold — a great place to watch the birds in the morning/evening conversing on the power wires or osprey building their nest in a distant tree. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect, just perfect

The house is brand new and immaculate, with gorgeous new televisions galore, plenty of space and comfort--and just a couple miles from beautiful beaches while around the corner from infinite shopping and restaurants! And the owner is incredibly responsive and accomodating. Couldn't ask for more.

Newly renovated and spacious

I have rented several other houses in the Naples Park area, and this is probably the best. Three spacious bedrooms, totally redone bathrooms and kitchen, and a couple of decent bikes. A 15 minute walk or five minute ride to the beach. Next time I return I will look for this property again!

Comfort in Paradise

Walking in to the house, the clean and simple decor encourages relaxation and a refreshed feeling. The home provides all the basics, and more! A simple page of information about the amenities is suggested: WiFi password, allowing use of beach chairs, wave boards,etc. found in the garage. Also, the property is described as “a short walk to the beach,” when it is at least a mile. Overall, it was a very nice stay!

Newly renovated home

Positiv was that the Home is very new renovated, negative that still some things were missing for a pleasant stay, like garbage in the restroom or a convenient TV-area for the family. There is only one seat for 2 persons in this area. Ben himself visited us once, he is a friendly young men.

Thank you for your feedback. I just started renting this house after I completely renovated the house last year. You are one of the first tenants staying at this house. I added additional seating in the living room and little garbage cans for the bathrooms.

Truly, an oasis! Soothing atmosphere in gray, white and blue. Large mirrors, abstract prints. Comfortable beds and TV sets in each bedroom as well as very large one in living room. Well supplied, and everything works! Calm, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Mercato shops or Vanderbilt Beach in the other direction. Easy biking on cruisers with bike lanes. We held a family dinner and the place is quite childproof. Screened in porch or canopied outside sitting area. One of our favorite rentals, we would definitely return. Thank you Ben.

The space was perfect for our family of six. Short drive to beaches and to the zoo. Best part for my daughter was the dog blanket and dog coasters - she felt right at home the second she noticed them! Would definitely stay at this property again.

Great place

Ben was easy to work with and very prompt if we need to communicate. House is within walking distance to the beach. Community was very quiet and safe. The house was very clean when we arrived. I would gladly stay there again!
