Nice place

One unit away from being a ski in and out. It would be nice if they had someone shovel snow onto ground hill area to ski in and out or reduce price when the snow has melted and renters have to walk to ski trail down a muddy/slippery hill.

Location, location, location

A true slopeside location. The beginner slope is literally right outside your front door. We didn't need to go into the lodge all week as it was super easy to ski off for bathroom breaks and lunch. We were a group of 8, and the unit could have slept 2-3 more. We look forward to visiting again!

Stairs going up to Loft are dangerous . Children can fall through the spaces easily. Please check Electrical outlets , very worn, may cause heat and maybe fire. Otherwise, enjoyed our family stay. Unit was clean and comfortable Plan to come back next year. Thank you. .

Could be amazing house

Really wanted to give it four stars or higher. The house setup is very nice and it could be a lovely house in the winter time. They have the fireplace which is amazing. I went in the summertime which it was very very hot in the house. There are no ceiling fans in the bedroom. There is one in the living room but it's extremely slow even on the highest speed. We try to open a few windows but weren't able to. Some of the windows did not have screens so we were not able to open them. And the downstairs bathroom there was left over soap that stained the bathtub blue. The stairs going to the second level was dirty. The road was unpaved but they did let us know a couple days beforehand. Trying to leave was an issue because the construction crew showed up to pave their Road and the driveways. I did Reach Out to someone with my concerns and they were very quick with response. They did tell us that there was extra fans that we could use. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the top floor due to the Heat. If it was a winter time I bet you it would have been absolutely lovely. A few updates and the house would be amazing.

Columbus Day Weekend

Columbus Day booking for family of 9. . The Pictures looked ok so we booked this condo. It was very evident that this unit has not been well maintained at all. The condo location was perfect but that’s as far as it went. The unit itself is extremely outdated. The electrical outlets were so worn they did not hold the plugs in place for the chargers and electronics with many not working at all. None of the bathroom fans worked and there was a foul sewage odor that periodically wafted through the unit. The kitchen is large enough for only 1 and is in desperate need of updating. The television is in the family room on the basement level. The family room on the main floor sat 3 comfortably and for the football game 8 of us huddled around our laptop to watch by the fire. Bringing food up and down the stairs was not an option for us. Cleanliness was an issue particularly in the bathrooms where the shower curtains were in need of replacement due to mold. Crank windows were broken and difficult to open and close. The sleeping arrangements were fine however not comfortable at all. The loft area beds were difficult to navigate as they sloped to ones side. Overall for the cost of this unit it was a very disappointing stay.

We do mention in the listing that this is an entry level home, and for that reason it is offered at a lower rate than similarly located and sized units. We were not aware of any sewage odor, so we will have our maintenance team investigate and resolve. As always, please contact us during your stay should you have any dissatisfaction, so that we can do our best to address! Unlike all other agencies or individual owners, we have a maintenance team on staff 7 days a week to respond to issues like these. Your feedback is extremely valuable! Thank you The BWV team EDITED 11/9/21: We have been working with the owner to address the issues presented in this review: · All nonfunctioning electrical outlets will be replaced ASAP. · Shower curtains will be replaced. · Any non-working window cranks will be repaired. · The “sloped bed” referenced in the loft is a California king with an additional 6” foam topper for comfort. It appears that the box spring was dislodged from the rail of the frame causing the slight tilt. With a simple tug, it was placed back on the frame, and all is well again. · The lack of TV on the main level is on purpose and in the spirit of promoting quality family activities like game playing and conversation by the stone fireplace. The townhouse does have a 55” LCD TV in the basement and a 32” LCD TV in the loft area with full cable and Wi-Fi for renters’ enjoyment. Thank you once again for the feedback!

This unit was perfect for my family (2 grandparents, 2 adult children and their spouses, 4 grandchildren) ski trip. Plenty of room for our group and the location (ski/ski out and adjacent to the beginner trail) was ideal considering that we had 3 beginner skiers. I would highly recommend it for a similar group and would gladly rent it again for a future trip.

great location!

Love being so close to great hiking and biking. It was fun to be able to take short after dinner walks through the neighborhood or onto the ski slope. The condo was comfortable but could have been cleaner -baseboards had a disturbing amount of dust on them.

Great for Tweens and Teens

This was a clean property perfectly located next to the slopes. There is a large downstairs with a tv and play space and three single beds that was great for kids of all ages. One of the staircases has no risers and is slippery so I’d be careful about being there with very small children. Otherwise a great stay!
