Everything is pristine in this renovated, end unit townhouse, from the custom Arts & Crafts style quartersawn oak cabinets to the Corian countertops and GE appliances in the full kitchen. Custom built-ins flank the floor to ceiling (two and a half story) stone, wood burning fireplace with top-of-the-line Renaissance Rumford fireplace insert. Fireplace design burns so efficiently (pollution free) that it has won an award from the EPA.
Furnishings from Restoration Hardware and West Elm as well as unique antique touches. Adirondack-style antler chandelier lights the space with handmade Amish twig constructed rocking chairs. Mirrors and original artwork crafted locally and in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Woolen blankets from Pendleton with down comforters and pillows. Take off your ski boots at the door and curl up by the fire...make this your home away from home!
For skiing and hiking the Intermediate slope (called Two Miles Home) is right out the front door, the Beginner Learning Quad is a 2 minute stroll down our walkway. Open concept living room with fireplace opens up to dining space and kitchen. Half bath is on this level. Spacious deck with Polywood picnic table, Adirondack chairs and mountain views is accessible through the sliding doors in the living room.
The cathedral ceilinged Loft bedroom with Queen sized bed, dresser and reading nook overlooks living room. Master bedroom with King sized bed on the lower level has sliding door access to private brick patio. Master bedroom view is of the woods and mountain stream. Third bedroom looks out at the woods and ski trails and has two Twin beds. The full bathroom with custom vanity, Corian counter top, Kohler fixtures and combination tub/shower is on this bedroom level.

The condo was the perfect location for a weekend skiing. There is a trail right out the door that starts you on 2 mile home right up from the learning quad. The bedroom set up worked great for a family with separate space in the loft for more privacy. We didn’t use the real fireplace but it was a nice addition to the condo. Overall an amazing place and would stay again for perfect ski weekend w family. The only hiccup was that the heating system made a bit of a ticking / knocking sound in the master bedroom, but used white noise to sleep through.

What a beautiful spot Isolated and at the top of the mountain with a babbling stream and an old growth forest as the deck view ( not to mention being able to see Mount Washington from the deck as well)Deidre was very kind and took great care of usTV is not great but we didn’t need it muchWould love to come back here

Ski in/ski out

For our party of 6 who were likely to split into smaller groups over the weekend, the ski in/ out was awesome. We brought a bunch of breakfast lunch and snack food and everyone did their thing on their schedule which worked out better for us than coordinating times to arrive and leave with vehicles! The space was clean and cozy with a mountain vibe. Great location and an easy drive to restaurants for dinner. It had everything we needed! Thank you

Good location, nice space

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Coming back from skiing and resting next to the fireplace was a fantastic experience. The location was good but definitely should be considered "slopeside" rather than "ski-in ski-out" as you do have to climb up a rather steep hillside to get to the trail (or walk a couple minutes down to a flat entrance to the trail). It still worked great for us, even while skiing with young kids (all under 7) and we were able to come back midday for lunch as needed. Overall, would recommend this location.

MLK ski weekend

This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much the first time. Deirdre is so organized and detailed, making the booking, checking in/out seamless. We’ve reached the parental age where the teens outlast us on the slopes, so it’s perfect for us to retire earlier and they ski until the lifts close. Thank you so much for having us again! We will be in touch I the future!

Amazing!

Perfect location! Great property! Everything was easy! The condo is labeled with everything you need, no guessing what light switches turn on which lights! Ski on, ski off was perfect. We never even walked into the lodge! The view was amazing out the main floor slider. The recommendations for restaurants and where to get fire wood was very helpful! Hope we get to come back again!

What a great property and location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The views were beautiful and it was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Every morning, some wild turkeys visited the condo. Deidra was a wonderful host and communicated frequently. We really enjoyed the fireplace as being from Georgia we don’t have much opportunity to use one. I highly recommend this property.

Gem in the White Mountains

We had a great little weekend stay at this fantastic townhouse. The place was clean and well appointed, easy to get to, and in a great location. The decor was rustic and cozy, perfectly fitting for the surrounding nature. Our child loved the loft! The owners were wonderful with communication and everything was clear and simple. We enjoyed the quick access to hiking paths and the Omni Mount Washington Resort where we ate meals. A perfect spot for a getaway in the white mountains!

Family Vacation

The property was great for our family anual vacation. It was very well maintained and the decor was very lovely. The property owners were very attentive. The outer deck has a perfect view of a mountain. It was a great trip overall!

Such a great get away home!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay here- the back porch with the babbling brook, the beautiful decor and fireplace, the clean rooms- it was all amazing! Not to mention being incredibly close to both Bretton Woods & the Mount Washington Hotel. We can't wait to come back, it was such a great stay!

nice stay

great stay at the townhouse.The porch and creek outback were so peaceful. Lots of stairs leading up to the unit at the end so be prepared for that. loved that everything in cabinets were labeled. only thing I would add would be updating the TV and positioning of it but we still were able to watch a movie at the end of a long day together. Overall i would recommend!

Tucked Away Gem!

We had two nights here and everything was wonderful. The view was spectacular as I wasn’t expecting to see the peak of Mt Washington showcased through the center sliding door. The rushing brook among the wooded yard was lovely and peaceful. I only would suggest putting a few chairs down on the lower patio. Hope to return next summer!

Growing up in the Boston area, we have always loved Cape Cod and the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our three daughters are older now and living on their own. As new empty nesters, my husband and I decided to learn to ski (better late than never!) and fell in love with Bretton Woods.

My husband always dreamed of having a log cabin but we wanted to be somewhere with lots of outdoor activities and people so we compromised on a condo at Bretton Woods. I think it was a great decision!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The location of our condo is unique. Since you can practically ski out the door, there is no need to pile everyone in the car and then hope that there will be parking at the Base Lodge. Everyone can come and go at their leisure, sneak home for lunch or a quick nap and make themselves happy. We are steps from the Intermediate trail and a three minute stroll to the Beginner Learning Center so it is not hard for anyone, even new skiers.
We are so close to the trails that we watch skiers swoosh by through the kitchen window. Zipliners fly by as well. At night you can see the groomers at work. From the back deck we have beautiful sunsets and mountain views on clear days.
