Clean, big, comfortable house. Enjoyed the canal view and seeing eagles daily. Had a couple minor issues but they were corrected quickly.

We had an amazing stay! There was plenty of room for our family of six. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the best part of our stay in FL. There were lots of little kid toys, pool toys, and beach towels. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Wonderful house and location!

This was one of our favorite VRBOs that we have had the opportunity to stay in. The house was spotless, well equipped, comfortable, in a very quiet neighborhood and also in a great location to see and enjoy the other nearby areas, beaches, parks and towns. Pool area and hot tub were great. We saw dolphins in the canal a few times and our pup loved watching fish jump, geckos run around and the variety of birds in the area. We would stay here again !

Nice place

Due to weather we were not able to use the pool so only used the hot tub which was very nice. Good neighborhood, friendly neighbors, great location. Lots in the area to do.

Nice house the view from the lanai is great.

Had some issues at first but called and they were fixed promptly and we enjoyed our stay. Wish there was a table and chairs outside so my family could have eaten in the lanai.

Pictures don't do this property justice!

Absolutely beautiful and open layout. Very clean throughout, furniture is very comfortable along with the beds. Loved the pool area and had a great time fishing in the canal. This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. Thank you!

Wonderful home on the canal

Very clean and comfortable, loved the pool area. Loved the area except for limited local restaurants and they weren’t that good. Neighborhood pleasant and good for walking our dog ( as well as paved path on the parkway that goes for miles).

Amazing vacation

Our family has been utilizing VRBO for our vacations four years now. Our goal has been to find a different area to travel to every trip. This has been the best home we've stayed at bar none - beautifully decorated and laid out, spacious enough for our group of six so we all had space to relax alone but three great places to have meals and play games. We had such an amazing and restful time we have talked about a return trip to this specific property. Highly recommend.

We did see Dolphins right out of our back dock! The grandkids went crazy, what a beautiful sight. That was the icing on the cake!. Beautiful home, has everything you need, we will always remember our stay! Thank you so much, The Butlers

Home is very nice only problem we have had is the ac went out and the hot tub has quit working twice

We would definitely rent again if they can fix the ac and hot tub. We got lucky it cooled off some before ac went out. But we do love the house and property. Management has been good to work with in trying to fix problems.

Splashing Dolphins Nightmare..

Where do I start. When we arrived at the property and got settled in everything thing was great until i used restroom I went to wash my hands and no water. V trips arrived with in 30 to turn the water back on. Then the property was supposed to have cable or satellite tv, so the guy who came out that turned the water on started it steaming only,so beware there are no local channels or cable or satellite. The sauna on worked one night,the ice maker didn’t work either. Then on we had a water leak in the kitchen,water was dripping from the ceiling down onto the floor and counters in front of refrigerator but we leaving anyway due to the upcoming hurricane..just beware this house has issues.

Would Not Return

The house itself is very nice. That’s where it ends. The neighborhood is mediocre and has a bit of construction going on. The property had small lizards everywhere. I know it’s Florida and would expect to see a few but I have visited Florida many times and never seen this many. Mostly outside, but when we went to go in the screened in pool area we spotted several inside the screen. When we spotted one inside the house, we packed up and left. Reserved for a week and did not stay one day. I understand the trip was to be non refundable but we notified them same day that we had checked out and would not be staying. I had hoped that they would have at least worked with us and given a partial refund but we did not so much as get a response. If you are ok with lots of lizards and very buggy (swarms - it does not appear that they have any sort of pest management) then you would not mind staying here. We were not comfortable staying.

Felt like home

From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. The house was everything as advertised and more. Extremely clean, which is very important to me, and absolutely everything that you could possibly need was in the house. The house is gorgeous, in a great area, and the views were incredible. Everything we needed to cook and never have to leave the house unless we wanted to. All of the beds were very comfortable And we had a great time. Will definitely stay again next year if it’s available. There was even a sweet, welcome basket from the owners. And whoever they have hired as their cleaning service definitely goes above and beyond. One last thing and I feel like this is important to mention, because we travel a lot and the little things matter to us. We stayed over Thanksgiving break, and there were even little Thanksgiving holiday flowers and touches around the house that just made it feel more welcoming. This is definitely a home, not just a vacation house.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Fantastic home on the canal with a wonderful pool/entertainment area. The home was extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood, close to bike trails and about 15 minutes to beach access. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again! VRBO was very helpful, when we got here we were given the incorrect code to get inside, but I was able to contact them and get the correct code and they also helped me get the Wi-Fi password.
