NEW Waterfront home, professionally decorated, never rented before, sleeps up to 12 adults (+2 kids) comfortably in 3bdr/2baths with spacious open space living, big dining area.

Amazing outdoor area with pool, Hot tub and 55" TV, deck on water, kayak, Paddle board. Watch Dolphins from the back yard.

Our amazing pool can be heated, per your request with an additional fees: 50$ per day x the whole duration of your stay.

Plenty of parking on driveway in addition to our 2 car garage

The house is a "Ranch" - all rooms are on the same floor which is great if you have older people in your group. It has a big spacious open living/dining area, updated kitchen and big dining table that can easily seats 12+

Perfect Getaway!

My stay at a stunning home in Palm Coast, FL was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a paradise of amenities that included a sprawling pool, relaxing jacuzzi, and the opportunity to fish right on the canal. Nestled in a tranquil and secluded area, the ambiance was incredibly peaceful, offering the perfect setting for unwinding and rejuvenation. The comfort of the plush beds, along with the pristine cleanliness and modern updates throughout the property, truly elevated the quality of my stay. Every detail seemed to be meticulously thought out, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable experience. Great house and property

Enjoyed our stay. House was perfect. Outside space outstanding with pool, hot tub and dock. Liat was extremely responsive. Texted day before our arrival that hot tub wasn't working. Had it fixed evening of our arrival. Would definitely book again.

Nice place

The house is great and clean, and the neighborhood is really pretty with the canal. Hosts communicate well and gave me a call when I had trouble working the hot tub. Worked well for a larger group, there were plenty of beds, although we did have to compete for time in the 2 bathrooms. Pool and hot tub and dock all very clean and in good shape.

Great home, make note of a couple things

The home was excellent and worked out for our two week business efforts. We weee disappointed after booking of the up charge to heat the pool. Seems to be the standard with all bookings. The bigger bummer was we paid the premium to have a hot tub and even after filling it very night it emptied itself or was only half full. Unfortunately we worked from 8-8 almost every day and that kept us from talking to home owner who was out of the country. Lack of communication on our part. They likely would have fixed it or even offered a discount. Just word to wise if you are actually going for vacation it would be key. Great emails and explanations otherwise they even offered us to extend it one day if needed. All good and would be a great spot for a family break!

Birthday Trip

We stayed five nights with four adults. House was immaculate and matched online photos exactly. Initially we had difficulty with the hot tub but the owner was very responsive to help us troubleshoot and get it going! Cannot wait to return!

I chose Palm Coast because of the vibe of this town, its close to 4 very nice beaches, its only 20 min drive to St. Augustine, 20 min to Daytona. The house itself has everything you need for a fun family vacation with big pool, hot tub, and the water views. You are welcome to use our paddle bard, and kayak to explore the quiet canals and look for Dolphins!

I loved the spacious open living area!

The house was freshly painted, professionally decorated, nice Beach vibe!

Ranch house - no steps or stairs inside the house!

Big pool, hot tub FOR 6-8 People and 55"TV outside to watch your favorite movie with your loved ones.

The house is perfect for 2 families or 1 big one, or even simply three couples - house sleeps up to 14 people (12 adults).

Great for holidays, summer, Spring vacations with a big dining table that can seats the whole group.

Close to restaurants, shopping, outlets, beaches!
