Spent a week for business and this was perfect! Loved the office nook and outdoor area. Location is quiet and close to everything in Lakeland. Communication was excellent! Highly recommend!

Second Stay

This is my second stay at this property, 4 1/2 years apart. The property is just as cute, clean, and comfortable now as it was in 2020. We enjoyed staying here while in town to visit family. The location is convenient to the college, downtown, and everything you might need. Highly recommend.

Fun With Family in Lakeland

This property is gorgeous and comfortable!There is a great seating area outside as well.The kitchen is well stocked and beds are comfortable. The whole inside and outside are clean and well maintained.The host is easy to contact and quick to respond.

Sweet Cottage in Lakeland Fla

This was our 3rd time staying in this cottage.We enjoy the home and how convenient it is for walking and driving to interesting and fun places!The home is decorated beautifully.It has 2 good size bedrooms with big closets!The kitchen is well supplied & spacious.The dining and front room areas are very nice.There is a great outside siting area with a grill!We enjoyed it all.We have family nearby and plan to return again.They enjoyed visiting us at this lovely cottage.

Great experience

The description and photos of the property are accurate. Meticulously furnished and well stocked with everything needed. Great location. Everything is in walking distance so no need to use a vehicle. Stayed for 2 weeks and look forward to returning! Don’t hesitate.

Excellent host, best host I have come across. Very cozy yet well dimensioned home with a great backyard built for lounging and enjoying the fresh air. My family loved our stay here - we would walk to downtown, have breakfast mostly at Frescos, take a stroll through the farmers market if it was Saturday and head back to the house to relax in the backyard before going out elsewhere or to meet friends. We live in a condo back home, so having a backyard to ourselves for a bit, especially this one, was a real luxury.

Nice time in cute cottage in Lakeland

We had a nice time in this pretty cottage in Lakeland.The home is clean and nicely decorated.Very comfortable. We have family nearby and they came and visited a couple times.They liked the home and area. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the backyard set up is very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

A whole bunch of Kudos!

Wonderful, small, exceptionally clean house in a charming neighborhood. The entire backyard is fenced in which was plenty room for our dog. The home was in tip top shape when we arrived, especially its cleanliness.The owner has done a great job inside the house with appliances, thermostat and t.v's being the latest. The owner is very responsive when contacted. The location is excellent for visiting the sites around town and especially close to the gorgeous Lake "down the street." Would highly recommend this wonderful VRBO for you and of course your dog....she also had a great time and would also have written a rave review hadn't she been taking her fifth nap of the day!

Newly renovated. High quality appliances. Great tasting cold water from frig door. Crisp & clean interior and decor. Great back yard patio with shade to avoid hot afternoon sun. Quiet, historic neighborhood on a brick paved side street. Responsive landlord and personal assistant, Alexa. Easy walking access to downtown, FL southern university, and nearby towns (by car). Great Farmer’s market (Saturday) and delicious (Saturday only) Born N Bread bakery. Great restaurants within walking distance. One suggestion: go to Chamber of Commerce for maps and brochures for local attractions and nearby places of interest.
