Family vacation

Perfect condo for family with young adults. Plenty of space to spread out and to gather. Good location to beaches and restaurants on the south side of the island. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo!

Beautiful condo in Poipu. Walking distance to restaurants and small shops and short drive to lots of shopping and beautiful beaches. Condo is well stocked and linens were really nice.

Perfect Kauai condo!

We loved this condo! It was beautiful and clean with high-end details. So much space for our family to both spread out and be together. Nice big community pool, beautiful landscaping, and great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Location central

Great property and location for activities across the island. Not on the beach but close enough for a small hike. IMHO the best side of the island. Would recommend for family or group. Very responsive host.

Fantastic Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poipu. This property is immaculate and very nicely supplied. The location is perfect and the complex has a beautiful pool and exercise area. We are so impressed and hope to come back again! Thank you so much!

Great location and very clean

Our family of 5 enjoyed our week long stay. The condo was very clean and close to many beaches, restaurants and shops. We would have appreciated darkening curtains instead of sheer curtains in the master bedroom that faces the parking lot for dressing and letting in sunlight around 5:30 am when one wants to sleep in on vacation as a suggestion.

Fun in Poipu!

The 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath unit is lovely. Very clean, modern and comfortable with high ceilings and a ceiling fan in every room. Spacious rooms, firm mattresses and quality bedding made for great sleep for all of us. Well equipped kitchen and easy to use TV with streaming services. Lots of beach gear available, nice community pool and a comfy spacious lanai for sitting and dining outside. Short walk to shopping and the beach. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

This condo is newer, clean and well taken care of. Gigi was excellent at communicating and responding appropriately. This place was very comfortable for my family (6 adults). Complex is well taken care of and quiet. For those who like to sleep in - make sure to have eye coverings, as the curtains in the master bedroom are sheer and the sun is bright in the morning at about 6:00 am. Would truly consider staying here again in the future.

Exceeded Expectations

We stayed a total of 16 days at this property and it exceeded expectations. The posting was exactly as advertised and Gigi made it even better. When I asked if there was a crib and high chair for our 1 year old granddaughter, she said they didn’t have anything like that. Less than a day later (a week before check in) she messaged me back that she acquired both for our stay. Gigi will not disappoint you with her willingness to help and her communication. This property is beautiful, close to everything, plenty of room for all of us and we truly made it our home for our 2 1/2 week stay. Did I say 2 minute drive to the beach? We will be back!

Beautiful condo

This condo and location is absolutely beautiful. We stayed 6 nights with our family of 5. The condo has everything you’d ever need. It is very clean! You are in walking distance of the poipu shopping village which has a market where you can buy essentials for your stay. You can also stop at Costco or Safeway on your way in. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It does not have a beach view but we didn’t mind. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk and less than a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed the walk. Gigi the host was wonderful to work with and so accommodating.

Absolutely lovely condo.

Condo is well appointed, beautifully decorated. Kitchen had all we needed to cook meals and stay in to dine at the lovely table on the covered patio. Beach towels and chairs available for tenant use made beach days easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Home away from home

Wonderful place for a family of 4. All rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for us. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes and appliances. We enjoyed the easy access to beaches, and other activities in the town of Koloa such as zip lining and ATV driving trips. Communications with property owner was easy. Overall very happy with our stay.

Beautiful home in a great location.

This home is wonderful - Make your reservation now and you will not regret it one bit! Clean, modern, beautifully appointed. Great location in Poipu and easy to get to the many beaches around the area. Pros: very comfortable beds, lots of towels, well appointed kitchen. Basic supplies provided (paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap). Loved the master bath and the walk-in shower. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai each morning, listening to the roosters out-crow each other. Cons: Really only two, the master suite has no curtains! There are sheers, but at night...well anyone can see in when your lights are on. When other units left their outside lights on, it was very bright. The morning light was not what bothered us, but the loss of privacy did. The other was the seating in the family room. The one sofa was good, but the two chairs were a bit awkward to sit in with no arms. They look great but are not quite so comfy. I would not hesitate to book the same property again and urge you to book it as well. Truly a gem!

Aloha Vanessa 🌸 Since we are on the second floor we chose privacy sheers for the master bedroom. The curtains are graded as privacy sheers - meaning no one can see in unless standing with face pressed against the window. As we are in the second floor- that shouldn’t happen🤞🏽😀 Sleeping eye masks are provided for those who prefer it darker. Mahalo🌺 Gigi

It is rare to find a brand new development in Poipu. This particular unit is carefully tended to make your stay the most luxurious of all your stays in Kauai. Pili Mai has all the amenities one needs with the bonus of a restaurant and golf course just outside your door. The sunrise is pristine from the front lanai, the mountain views are amazing and the partial ocean views reminds you how close you really are to the gorgeous pacific ocean.
