Very nice property overall and equipped with lots of dishes, towels, beach gear, etc. Pool was very nice and high quality beds, nice living room area with high quality TV as well.

Marco Island Vacation

The property was very clean and looked just as advertised. The location was great, just a few minute drive to the beach. Mary was very quick to address any and all of our needs concerning the house.

Marco Island Family Vacation

Mary's Marco Island retreat is an absolutely perfect home to stay with family or friends. The layout of the house with the full sliders to the patio/pool area makes the home feel like a tropical resort! We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor-outdoor living with our group. The pool was fantastic with plenty of patio space for lounging, having meals, or playing games as a family. The location of the home is an easy drive or bike ride to all the island has to offer.

Wonderful for Girls weekend - large group

This is a great home. Our group enjoyed the large kitchen and outdoor space around the pool. Very well equipped kitchen and beds were good! The view of the golf course is beautiful. Would definitely stay here again. Our group of relatives (women ages 35 - 80) were in Marco to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. (Highly recommend the wine room at The Oyster Society for a private dining experience while viewing the rest of the restaurant through the glass wall.)

13 years of great getaways!

In the 13 years the 8 of us have enjoyed our annual ladies getaway, this house was one of our favorites! The house was extremely well appointed...the host provided everything. We took extra items of things not found in other homes, but it was unnecessary. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The pool is huge with many chairs and rafts. It appears the tables were built by the owner, and they are remarkable! Lovely home.

Loved it!!

Aside from being a beautiful house, this home was remarkably clean, and very welcoming! The kitchen is so big, which is perfect since that’s where people always tend to gather. I would absolutely return to not only the area, but to this house as well. And I’ll being more people! Oh, and the view from the lanai, spectacular!! Thank you.

Family Get away

Three families coming together for Christmas from the frozen north - what a great way to spend the holidays. Kids had a fantastic time at the pool everyday. Even when the pool heater wasn’t working the initial day, kids still couldn’t help themselves. And Mary was able to get a pool guy to come out on Christmas Eve to fix the pool heater issue - she was very responsive and made sure everything was right. Place was clean and perfect for the 10 of us. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect place for us!

This was our first time to Marco but not our first VRBO experience. This home was perfect for us with the bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 3 couples. The home is well maintained and better stocked than any other VRBO we've been to (probably 10 or more). If you plan to cook the kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking, the grill worked fantastically and more than enough dishes to accommodate. We enjoyed the bikes, the beach chairs and took advantage of cozy gas fire table top ring out on the patio every night. The pool was clean, well maintained and the perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. Mary was top notch as far as answering questions and returning our inquiries in a timely manner. She went out of her way to accommodate our every little ask. The place is super clean and comfortable as well as spread out nicely for us 3 couples to have our own space. The island was good to us, we had great experiences everywhere we went but our favorite adventure was renting a pontoon and exploring the waterways while the dolphins swam along next to us. Tigertail beach was our preference over the South Beach area as the shelling was better, crowds were smaller and the sand was softer .... it's a little further to walk but worth it, crossing the lagoon was no big deal for the 6 of us middle aged folks, but might be a little dicey for younger or elderly especially when the tide is higher(it was waist deep for us). I highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful stay in Marco

We had a group of five friends stay for a quick getaway to enjoy the sun and time together. This was the perfect spot for us. We found the home to be even better than the pictures. The house was clean, fully stocked, and spacious. Mary was a pleasure. I appreciated that she was available and she communicated all the info we needed for our stay early so we were confident that we would be good to go upon arriving. Short drive to wonderful restaurants and we also hit the spa. We would stay here again.

Great family vacation location

Mary is an outstanding host, attentive and clearly invested in making sure guests have all they need. The house is spacious and clean. Having the pool right outside the door was fabulous. Easy drive to restaurants and the beach.

Well-stocked poolside Florida getaway!

We just got back from our annual summer vacay and stayed at Mary’s house. The 12 of us (8 adults, 4 kids aged 1-6) had a wonderful time! The house and pool were big enough to accommodate all of us and Mary was a gracious. attentive host. We encountered a few minor issues when we arrived and she immediately resolved them. The house has 4 bedrooms, all well stocked with towels and sheets. The garage was full of beach gear as well! With 4 small kids, we were able to easily make daily trips to the beach (about a 7 minute drive) thanks to her beach cart, backpack chairs, and tons of beach toys! The pool is fenced in and a beachy golf course offers a beautiful backdrop as you peacefully sit poolside. Plenty of floaties for everyone! Overall a quality stay!

A home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s rental home. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the heated pool and open floor plan along with our 4 children. The kitchen had everything you need for a preparing large or small meals. It was thoughtful to have extra toiletries in the bathrooms. There were plenty of towels and linens. The beach chairs, umbrella and cart came in handy as well. We look forward to staying again in the near future!

Perfect property layout

Beautiful and fun house and pool. Great owner.

My four kids and I loved it! It is our second time staying here. We can’t wait for our third time! The pool is big and fun. The house and kitchen is totally supplied with everything you would need. The owner is super responsive.

We were so looking forward to staying at this property. Everything about it seemed perfect. Location Friendliness of the owner Comments from others Along came COVID 19, travel restrictions and our plans were put on hold We are looking forward to things turning around and that we can once again schedule a time to see this "perfect" home

This home is amazing for entertaining a lot of guest. We are sticklers about cleanliness and decor. We have TV's in every bedroom and living area. This house will not disappoint centrally located great for small or large groups. This space is unique because of its sliding glass door system. It brings the indoors out and outdoors in. Grill, heated pool, and although you are not allowed on the golf course during their business hours you are allowed to use the walking path and enjoy the multi million dollar renovation views. The house itself is nestled in on the end of the cul de sac and sits on 1/2 Acre. Small or large groups will appreciate the split Florida floor plan for. Extra fridge in garage and bikes available.

It is a beautiful lot and so many palm trees and privacy. You will have golfers throughout the day. Lots of TV's and seating areas. The Family Table seats up to 10! I love to make big dinners and enjoy conversation at the table, I make all my own family tables. This is the center of our home and a great place to play games or just talk.
