370 Regatta was the cutest beach house for our family of 4 Marco vacation. It was clean, well equipped with anything you would need, and had all the extra touches. We especially enjoyed the outdoor lights on the patio with the pool lights at night!

This 5-star luxury beach house really is a slice of pure paradise — just one mile from the soft white sand and turquoise water, yet tucked away in total tranquility where the only sounds you hear are the occasional palm rustling. We designed every inch to feel like a high-end resort you never want to leave: spa-like bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen with everything you could dream of, plush beds, and that private pool and patio where families make memories that last a lifetime. You nailed it — it really is the cutest (and most peaceful spa like ) beach house on the island! I can’t say enough great things about Kim, the house, and Marco Island. I’ve used VRBO dozens of times and this listing and its pictures are the most accurate I’ve ever seen. It’s simply a beautiful house on an amazing island. I can’t say enough about this property. Rent it - you’ll be so glad you did!

An absolute wonderful stay! The house and amenities were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our long weekend getaway. The enclosed pool deck has western exposure so plenty of sun all day. We lounged on floats while we watched some TV! Kim was very responsive and helpful with a few questions about the place. Marco island never disappoints! We look forward to staying again!

Paradise Palms definitely lives up to its name...Paradise!The house was welcoming, spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared. Beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were fluffy, not cheap white towels you get in some rentals, Appliances and electronics were top notch and easy to use. Pool was refreshing for afternoon swim. Backyard dining area was great for coffee and tv in the morning, Very close to many shopping centers, restaurants and the beach.Great communication with owner.Kim thought of everything! Can't wait to go back!

This person watches you on cameras literally 24/7. She made comments about stuff going on in the house which leads me to believe there are cameras in the house. I would not trust this person. One of her bikes was broken when we arrived and she blamed us and charged us a ridiculous fee. I have stayed on many VRBO properties and have never had so many issues with one individual. I have had 5 star ratings from all properties. I would not recommend this person and we are considering filing fraud charges against her. Her property was left in immaculate condition.

Hello — whichever name or profile was used for booking (obviously to keep a rating ) this review is highly misleading and omits serious violations that occurred during the stay. The reservation was made for 3 guests, yet the property was occupied by a substantially larger group, including unauthorized overnight guests and parties in direct violation of the house rules agreed to at booking. Multiple damages also occurred during the stay, including damage to an electric bike, outdoor furnishings, and interior items within the home. These damages were documented and submitted through VRBO. It’s unfortunate that the damage report triggered this negative review. For clarity, there are absolutely no cameras inside the home. The property only has disclosed exterior security cameras used for safety, occupancy verification, and property protection, which is standard practice for luxury vacation rentals. This review was posted only after the you were held financially responsible for documented damages and rule violations. We take pride in maintaining a high-end property and hosting respectful guests who value honesty, accountability, and proper care of luxury accommodations. Unfortunately, your stay did NOT reflect those standards.
