Thanks a lot Ali, and thaanks a lot to want to rent again our condo. On 2020, the island will be gorgeous again, and fortunately, the hurricane of 2017 is forgotten now :-) Let me know about your dates for next year ! Cordially Jean

Sorry for my bad english, but I have to answer to M. Walker becasue, he was a very, very impolite person because he rent our condo and with a very fair price and he was angry because the airport was in construction, then, becasue there were buildings in construction near the resort, and finally, he tried to contact the web site to complain but the web site Home away / Vrbo closed the case very quickly because the only problem was that M. Walker suffered a problem of elevator and because on his arrival in the condo, the housekeeper forgot the amenities for the kitchen. And that's all. I phone to this guest and he told me that the condo was totally renewed and in the condo, all was perfect, but he was very disapointed with the reconstruction of the island of Saint Martin. He knew about the hurricane of 2016 in Saint Martin and it's normal to have reconstruction in the city and on this island, isn't it ? I wrote to Mr Walker to apologize for the reconstruction of the island but he knew this point. However, all the beaches are gorgous and you can enjoy Saint Martin now without any problem ! And on 2020, all the building of the resort will be renewed. I let you read what the condo manager of the resort wrote me about M. Walker and you will understand what he call "war zone" !!! In the resort, all will be renewed very soon BUT our building and our condo are renewed and better than before the hurricane  The condo manager wrote me : "The site of construction will and can be seen on property. At present we are still rebuilding, however construction workers are not in areas where owner's and guests are gathered or lounging. Also the sound of construction can be heard during the later parts of the morning until 3:30pm. However the heavier parts of the constructions is at its closing. I confirm that there is an issue with the elevator at this time. The elevator company have been notified, and their technicians are scheduled to fly out to the property to look into the problem. Unfortunately, due to the extent of the matter at hand, our Chief Engineer have deemed the operational status of this elevator as unsafe until then. At this time we are unable to confirm when the elevator will be operational again. However I assure you, that we are looking into having this corrected. Household items are definitely important. I will have our housekeeping management go through his unit today to verify that all household items are available in his present unit. I wanted to make you aware of an extremely disturbing experience our staff encountered during Mr. Mark Walkers departure today. Mr. Walker was extremely loud and disruptive at the front desk, and walked over to an owners unit with disturbance with regards to jack hammerining noises heard during the course of today. The owner in question, who stayed of the same floor confirmed that no noises were heard. Mr. Walker also took video footage of our property manager, who was simply trying to calm the situation at hand. I am not sure what the intentions of the footage were, however I just wanted to make you aware of what transpired today. Feel free to reply with any questions you may have in regards to this matter. Once again, I just wanted to make you fully aware of the behavior of this particular guest.
