When theres several "high rise" condos close to each orher, the beachfront is crowded and a pain in the neck. Rental beach set ups block the water.

Family Vacation

This our 3rd visit to Navarre Beach and The Pearl and this unit was exactly what we were looking for. The only thing we would have changed is that we are used to the units including at least two chairs and umbrella set up. Other than that it was great. The office staff was quick with responses and booking questions I had.

I will surely use and book with you again. Beautiful location and ocean(gulf) view. So clean all of The Pearl, great carts for bringing up supplies. Just loved my over all stay, will book again. Maybe yearly.

Two stars is super generous, and it’s only because Navarre itself is amazing. This unit was not updated, has not been maintained, and is overall “super yucky” as my six-year-old noted.Upon walking in, you quickly notice outdated, scratched-up, stained furniture, crumbs all over said furniture, curtains that have stains looking like someone defecated on or was killed in them, baseboards that have never been touched up since installation day, and a rug that actually caused me to gag. Maybe the owner has not visited the site in a dozen or so years. I hope there is a place on this review for all of the photos I took. We had to immediately remove the rug as there was no way I was letting my 1yo crawl on a rug that clearly used to be white and blue (the part under the couch) compared to the black it has become. There was a large sticky brown stain on the kitchen floor right next to the huge chips in the tile, all in front of the fridge that won’t let you open the freezer because it’s too close to the wall! You can tell all before us had to pull it out from the wall because there are huge scratches on the painted wall where this must be done if you want to use the freezer. The washer and dryer are maybe from the 90’s. Master bath had sticky floors and mold everywhere! We spent our first three hours of our vacation re-cleaning this unit until midnight! We owned a condo in Navarre for years, we have rented dozens of units, and this one was an embarrassment. Photos are a farce!
This lovely moldy tortellini noodle greeted us upon entry. 🤮
Too scared to smell if this curtain stain right next to guest bed was poop or blood. 💩
Hope you packed shower shoes.
That is not sunlight on part of the rug. That is the part under the couch vs blackened rug. 🤢

2nd coldest Xmas since 1983. We loved the condo. Once it warmed up we were able to keep the patio door open to enjoy the sounds of the waves and the view. Both were amazing. With the full kitchen we cooked 80 percent of our food on our 10 day stay. Highly recommend 👌

Overall great experience

Really enjoyed our stay here at Navarre. Great location right on the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. Building was well kept and clean. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. Only major complaint was that the carpet must have been cleaned immediately before check-in as the floor in the entire condo was soaking wet when we arrived. Thankfully it had dried out by the next morning once we turned on air and fans.
