Great Place, Great Location

I love staying here, it was spacious and private. The location was beautiful. We could wake up in the morning and watch dolphins play in the bay and at night we sat on the big deck to watch the lights and listen to music from the harbor walk.

Beautiful, amazing place in great location

Property was wonderful, accurately reflected in photos but actually seeing it was amazing. Location is private yet you have wonderful views into the gulf and East Pass and also toward Destin's Harbor Walk area.We had several minor questions/problems which were handled very well by the property management reps.

Wonderful Rental!

Wonderful rental with AMAZING views of the harbor. Spacious condo with all the amenities. Great location as well! It's away from all the hustle and bustle but yet just a short water taxi ride to harbor walk. We will be booking again next year!

Great Place to Stay

The condo looked just like the pictures except for the bathroom to the second master bedroom being in the hallway. We thought that it was attached to the second bedroom. Overall, it was an awesome stay!

We had a great stay. Condo was nice. Fridge wouldnt make ice, and glasses and coffee cups in cabinet were dirty. Other than that was a great time.

Excellent!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at East Pass 407/Holiday Isle. The condo is absolutely gorgeous! The only complaint my husband and I had was the mattress in the king suite was a bit lumpy. The views were amazing. Loved having the night life and live music on one side and the calmer beach side on the other...best of both worlds! We hope to return soon!

Amazing Location!

If you want beach access, beautiful sunsets and a stunning view! This is the condo for you. Wonderful property on holiday isles with a a lot to do. Big balconies overlooking the bay and beach. Big oversized coaches for lying around. Updated condo with comfortable beds. Plenty of parking and gated for privacy! We will be back soon!

Beautiful condo & view

This condo has the most beautiful and updated furniture & decor, and it is so comfy. The view is perfect. The harbor and gulf all on one. The master bathroom is also a huge hit. That mirror 😍 the only downside was the elevators being out for a couple hours one day during our trip and we had to take the stairs but great vacation overall!

The condo and surrounding area were very clean. The views were amazing. No direct beach access. Pool area for renters is small.

Good stay

All in all, the property was nice, clean an in a good location. Both elevators gave us issues as either one or both were constantly getting stuck or not working all together. This created problems hauling luggage. Outside of that issue, we enjoyed the stay.

I have stayed at east towers but first time in this unit. The beaches were great. The issue was the AC/cooling in the unit. It was very uncomfortable to be in the condo and overall was not a pleasant stay for the family. We called several times for service and they would come, flip the breaker and then leave with no positive results. We did not open the sliding doors very much as we were told this was the issues. This condo needs some work.

Much smaller than the pictures make it appear. The beach next door isn't really a beach.

2nd bathroom was really small. Pictures reflect the owners pool but renters have no access. There is a few tiles on the patio that are buckling up, tripped and stumped toes. Other than that it was a very pleasant place to stay.

Dottie, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your overall very pleasant stay in this two-bed, two-bath condo. Pictures and descriptions online are true to the best of our knowledge. Real Joy and Vrbo websites state that "*the beach at East Pass is built up on a seawall and is for sunbathing only, public beach access is next door. *" East Pass Towers features a beachfront pool, hot tub, two levels of sundecks with chairs and loungers, and a full exercise room with kitchen and barstools. We apologize for any discomfort caused by the patio tiles. We will forward your comment to property managers so that they may make sure that these tiles have been replaced.
