OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE has been beautifully updated in neutral beach decor. Located in the popular family complex, Pismo Shores. This three bedroom, 3 bath unit is light and airy, with beautiful ocean views from the master ensuite. The beach condo has been updated to make for luxurious beach living. The Pismo Shores community has a heated swimming pool, spa, clubhouse with living room, kitchen and game room. The complex is gated for the upmost security and has private beach access.

Suitability: Family getaway, couples retreat. No smoking. No pets. Keyless entry. This home does not have AC. Max 2 autos. The primary living area is on the 2nd level, bedrooms on the 3rd level. The HOA heats the swimming pool starting Memorial Day thru Labor Day weekends. The spa is heated year round. The property owner will not guarantee pool or spa is operational during stay period.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTICES: The living room fireplace is non-operable at this time (awaiting replacement part).

Great property in a great location

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s super close to the beach and the pier and the main shopping areas. Also great that we had access to a pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location

Cute multi-level townhouse with a great location. A few minutes to walk to the beach or any of the local businesses. The kids in our group loved having the pool and hot tub available as well. Very clean and easy to access.

Close to the beach

We traveled with my family of two adult kids. Beautiful view of the beach from the main bedroom. Kitchen and living area on one floor and the bedrooms are top floor. We had a lovely family summer vacation.

Great Location in Pismo

We arrived on Friday night after a three hour drive from Fresno Ca and had a little trouble opening the door with the code but it finally worked and we entered a beautiful condo right near the beach. The grounds are beautiful and path to the beach is an easy walk. The Condo is beautiful but has three sets of stairs so was a little difficult for me since I've had a hip replacement but the location was so worth it. Very close to all the local restaurants and the pier. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay right down town.

Great location

We were very happy with our stay here. The beach is right next to the property. The pier is a block away, with lots of good food options walkable. The home has been updated recently and there are a lot of good facilities+furnishings in the house. There are a lot of things the owners have kept that can be used by guests - pool towels separate from the linen provided, surf boards, sand toys for kids, etc. Be aware that the pool in the community is only heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day - we did not know this before our stay.

Nice clean condo in great location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for Spring Break as a family of 5. 2 adults & 3 kiddos ages 18,16 & 10. The condo was easy to find, easy to access & clean upon arrival. The first night we dropped our bags and walked a couple bocks to find a yummy dinner @ Cool Cats Cafe. I ran/walked the beach every morning while my family slept in a little bit & brought back breakfast treats: everything from coffee, donuts, breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls all witting walking distance. Kids loved the pool & hot tub and short walk down to the beach to surf & boogie board. Nice that we could see them from the balcony! The location of the condo was also a great jumping point for our many adventures in the area. Would def stay there again.

Amazing Pismo Beach stay

Such a great location with quick and easy access to the beach and in the middle of all of the restaurants and shops downtown. We parked and walked everywhere. The house was incredibly well stocked--beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, games, books, many shower towels, tissues, cornhole--they thought of everything! The kitchen was really well stocked too! We had everything we needed to make multiple dinners at home easily. We loved playing foosball and monopoly and sitting out on the porch. We also loved the hot tub and heated pool. One of our best vacation home stays ever! The only thing worth mentioning is that the guest and kids rooms do not have room darkening shades, so we woke up early with the sun each morning. We made the best of it, but having darkening shades or blinds would make this place perfect!
