Louis was a great host, helpful in every way. The apartment was a wonderful location and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and it was easy to get everywhere in Paris from there.

Top notch in every way! Louis went above and beyond our every expectation! The property is so convenient if you want to explore the Latin Quarter and beyond. Everything we needed was available. The space itself is a bit tight but everything was lovely and well cared for. Highly recommend for a couple. *****

This apartment is ideal for getting to Notre Dame, sight seeing boats and shops and restaurants. Located on a quiet street, it is very peaceful at night. The host was outstanding in communicating and responding to questions.

Really nice property in a great location. Small bedroom but the living room and dining area are good sized. Great "American" shower. Louis is an amazing host, excellent communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment location is unbeatable, offering easy access to everything we needed. The host, Louis, was very responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by giving us a tour of the area, pointing out local markets, patisseries, and restaurants. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great location!! Louis was the perfect host and met us for check in. He showed us the local places for bred and groceries. The apartment is in a great location. Many bars and restaurants within very short walking distance. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here with my son. The location is perfect, and it was an easy walk from the apartment to everything we needed (groceries, pharmacy, Metro, coffee, bread) and wanted (parks, playgrounds, sights). Just a few blocks away toward Notre Dame felt very crowded with tourists, but this spot was much quieter and very pleasant.The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We were there for ten days during a heat wave, so a washing machine was a life saver, and the kitchenette was great for making quick dinners before crashing after a long day.The apartment did not have A/C, but it was not an issue, despite being in Paris during a heatwave (which got a lot of attention while we were there). The city was definitely hot in the daytime, but the apartment stayed cool, as long as we kept the windows, shutters, and curtains drawn during the day and opened the windows after the heat of the day. Louis provided fans in the two main rooms, and they were sufficient to keep us comfortable while we slept. We very much enjoyed our stay, and I would recommend it and would stay here again.

Perfect location and very quiet

The apartment is small but well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable home base to explore Paris. The location is ideal - close to Metro and the RER, a safe and quiet street in a bustling neighborhood, amazing cheese shop and bread shop around the corner. Resgrocery stores too

Great Apartment

This apartment was situated perfectly for a Paris visit. Close to all amenities and we were able to walk to all our selected attractions. Apartment was well equipped for all our needs and Louis gave us a great overview of the area upon arrival. We would highly recommend and will use Louis again in the future

We had a lovely time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this flat in the Latin Quarter. The location couldn’t be better, as it’s within walking distance within many amazing locations in Paris. We used the kitchen quite a bit, and kept the windows opened when we were home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Quiet and well-designed refuge

This is a compact space in a very old building, and it has been remodeled so well and designed so carefully that it feels bigger than it is. It is also perfectly quiet at night, which is impressive given its location in the middle of the lovely Latin Quarter. Close to excellent cheese shop, bakery, and cafes.

Great location

The location of our apartment in the Latin Quarter was superb, with easy access to both Île de la Cité and Île Saint-Louis, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Marais. Paris Latin quarter

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was a bit small for two adults and a teenager, but it was clean, well equipped, very quiet and a location that could not be beat. Excellent access to all historic sites, Seine, metro, and numerous restaurants, cafes, markets and shops in easy walking distance. Louis was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, central location for everything & anything you want to experience in Paris. Metro 10 line is 2 min walk away & your gateway to everything! Personal checkin process really provides comfort & ease.
