A beautiful little downstairs apartment to stay in while doing your thing in Portland. This is my third stay and I have enjoyed myself each and every time. Most importantly parking is easy and plentiful. The neighbourhood may not be upscale but the neighbours are good.

If this spacious vacation rental is available, avoid hotels unless you absolutely need housekeeping services or need to be on-site for a convention or other event. If you have a car, you don't have to pay exorbitant hotel parking fees. Plus it's usually cheaper to take a ride share to a convention location than pay for daily parking. And restaurant options in the area are outstanding. And don't forget that Oregon does not tax restaurant meals. You can't go wrong staying here for either business or pleasure.

This was one of the best equipped, best organized rentals I've stayed in. Everything was labeled, printed instructions were thorough, and I lacked for nothing for an extremely comfortable stay. It is also a very spacious studio. Communication with the host was great. The location was also perfect. The neighborhood offers tons of options for food shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, etc.

Vince & I are long-time Portlanders, and feel lucky to call this awesome city home.
We live upstairs in the main house of the VRBO rental.
We won't be banging around or keeping you up late with revelry. Portland has plenty of places for hi-jinx, home doesn't need to be one of them.
