Becky, my host has been doing vacation rentals for a while and she has it down to a science. Checking in and getting into the property was a breeze. Kitchen was very functional and operating instructions were provided for appliances. Very comfortable accommodations. The studio is located in a walking neighborhood that has a village feel. Coffee shops, restaurants and a food truck “park” are within easy walking distance. I recommend the Victorian Studio in Nob Hill.

If the only problem with a stay is that the coffee filters were the wrong type, then it must have been an excellent stay.

Very nice, comfortable space. Thought and good taste clearly informed the configuration and furnishings, especially the well-stocked kitchen. Host responded all but instantly when a question or 2 arose ( on Christmas Day!).

Great location

Perfect stay for three adults wanting to explore the Portland area. Bed and couch were comfortable, the space was small as mentioned but well-utilized, and the location could not be beat! Would recommend to others because of its location to 23rd avenue, a great spot for restaurants and shopping.

GREAT PLACE

Booked for a wedding at Hoyt Arboretum and reception Crystal Ballroom. Perfect location. I was easily able to park on the street and get everywhere I needed to quickly. The unit was lovely, very quiet, had everything and a mere one block over there are streets and streets of restaurants and shops. Becky was a dear at helping me with anything. Thank you, thank you. I hope to book again for another visit.

Great stay

This place is in a great location. Within walking distance of a cute part of town, small grocery, ice cream, restaurants. Close driving distance to a few places we wanted to see. The place is kind of small but very clean comfortable and has everything you need. We would stay again.
