Just like the listing photos!

The house was so comfy we felt right at home. The views were amazing and loved how secluded we felt. There was enough room for everywhere and I particularly loved how spread out the rooms were. I've already recommended this house to people.

Amazing views

Gorgeous views of the ocean! Very short walk down to Cooks Beach. Super close to a little town with a couple of grocery stores and restaurants.

This ocean front home with its 180 degree views was a heavenly place to view Gods creation, relax, and vacation. It’s comfortable, peaceful and provided all we needed. We enjoyed Point Arena lighthouse and our beautiful drive on PCH.

Lovely getaway space

We very much enjoyed staying at this house. We loved the views of the ocean and the nearby access to Cooks beach. The house is thoughtfully laid out and has a good vibe. There were a few items that needed repair or replacing, but otherwise it worked great for our family.

Magestic

Although there were many maintenance issues, we looked at the magnificent views from all the windows, architectural construction, comfortable beds and furniture, ability to use tv and our streaming devices, well stocked kitchen and had a fabulous time.

Spring Break stay

We’ve stayed here three years in a row, love the location and all the space for our extended family group. There are some maintenance issues that need attention, such as the sliding door to the patio not locking and the screen being broken, the cabinet in the kitchen being broken and swinging off the hinge, two of the fireplaces not working, etc…but, overall, we do like it here and the location can’t be beat. Just a little TLC is all it needs!

A perfect getaway

Place is great. There are some small things that should be addressed, like dish towels, working fireplaces, extra guest towels, dishwasher pods, a sponge for the sink, salad tongs, things like that. But the waves crash on the beach and fill the house with sand, the stars were as bright as I have ever seen, and the location can't be beat. We loved it and will be back.

Picturesque Well Appointed Retreat

Situated with breathtaking coastal views, the Beach House is a terrific deal for a weekend or weekday retreat. The hot tub, Cal King Master Bed, beautiful kitchen, and glass ensconced coastal sided views are magnificent home features. Beautiful wave sonance resounds whether the sun shines or the rain patters. Enjoy your time here by closing the gate to the outside world and adopting the pace of nature.

Fine but not what was advertised

Pictures are not recent, location is quite remote and does not offer much as far as food locations. It’s a lovely town and we had a good time but not what we were expecting.

Beautiful House & Stunning Location

Beautiful, well laid-out home with stunning views of the coastline from inside and outside the home. Location is just off Hwy 1 a few miles from Gualala making day trips north to Mendocino or south along the coast easy. Cooks Beach is a few minutes walk down the road, it’s small but pretty. The house layout allows for a lot of privacy - huge master on one end (plus an additional bedroom) and on the other end a room with bath half a flight down, then a family room with TV and laundry/bath another half flight down. Great kitchen with Wolf stove opens to large living/dining area and deck. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!
