Savor stunning ocean views from every room of Silvestrina, a Scandinavian-style beach house nestled between the wild woods and the sea. Whale watch from your private, large hot tub, then walk over to Cook's Beach for sun and surf, or to the beautiful St. Orres hotel restaurant and bar. Enjoy excellent dining in Gualala, Anchor Bay, and Point Arena, and wonderful hiking in Sea Ranch and Salt Point.

Silvestrina sits west of Highway 1, in Pacific breezes and salt air, with stunning ocean views from every room.

Things to know:

✅ Guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
✅ The internet connection (router) in the house serves the entire property so it needs to be left plugged in.
✅ The ground leading from parking to the house can be uneven and the walkways are gravel.
✅ There is one other building on the property which may be occupied, but your spaces are entirely private from each other and you will likely not see nor interact with the other occupants.
✅ For your safety, there are security cameras on the parking area and entrance path. There are no cameras in the house or hot tub area.

Weekend Getaway

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Short walk to Cooks Beach and a short drive to Gualala. Offset from the 1, so not much traffic to disrupt the view.

Perfect getaway

This home was located within a short walk to Cooks Beach which is the perfect beach to relax! Hot tub was wonderful! Beds super comfy! Great time!

Peaceful retreat

We loved this little seaside cottage! Very clean, beautiful views, well appointed. It is super close to Cook's Beach which is very nice. The town of Gualala had everything we needed from groceries to restaurants. We would definitely return if we're in this area again.

Beautiful Stay

House was great! Walking distance to beach with views of the ocean from every room. Short drive from Gualala center and 15 minutes from Point Arena which is a cool town to check out. House was really comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at the house--everything that we wanted! The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the cards explaining reminders about the hot tub, to open particular windows to cool down the house, etc. One thing that would have been useful were instructions for the smart TV, which we couldn't figure out. The owners were very responsive leading up to the stay so I am sure they would have helped if we had contacted them. Another nice feature of the house was walking distance to tiny Cook' s Beach, which felt almost like it belonged to us! Definitely recommend this house for a getaway weekend.

Perfect stay

We had a lovely time at the Silvestrina Beach House. The location was a short walk to Cook's Beach and a quick drive to Gualala, hiking, and kayaking. Well appointed, modern, and beautifully decorated home. Very clean and had everything we needed for our family's stay. 3 full bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths were perfect for my husband and I and our two teen boys. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to prep meals at home. The bedding was super comfortable. Peaceful surroundings, super quiet at night. Loved this peaceful getaway. Though it was summer, very non touristy in this area of the Sonoma Coast. Perfect for a getaway in beautiful NorCal surroundings! Would book again!
