Great property!

We loved the property. Everything was as advertised. The porch was amazing, location was great. I had one small complaint and it was that there was only one frying pan in the kitchen, which made cooking breakfast a little tricky sometimes. Other than it was perfect!

Wonderful vacation!

Tennessee By the Sea was great. I loved the large screened porch with the swinging bed, so did my dog! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved Tennessee By the Sea

We just loved our stay. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! The bathrooms were freshly tiled, the decor was cute, and the appliances were top notch. We used the bikes to visit Seacrest and grab a snack. The walking distance to the beach was great! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is wonderful. We especially loved the screened in porch with the swing. Having the golfcart and the beach chairs were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great house!

Amazing house. Golf cart made it very easy to get everything to beach. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were resolved right away.

Cozy home with easy beach access

The home was comfortable and we enjoy the neighborhood and beach access. Also very nice that the home came with bikes and a golf cart. Only suggestion is to have a few basic kitchen supplies on hand such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap or foil.

Spacious and cozy!

After a long drive from Tennessee we were pleasantly surprised to walk into this home! Super clean and so much space for the whole family. It was especially nice having three full bathrooms! Super close to the beach and extra nice having the golf cart to take our gear to the beach! We will be back!

Great experience

The home was well-equipped for our beach vacation. It was helpful having the golf cart, bikes, and all of the beach chairs that we used every day. The home was furnished well and the convenience of three bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as a family. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home!

We had the best week in Tennessee by the Sea! The home was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. Sand Dollar One was SO quick to respond when we needed two bikes repaired. They were out within hours and brought bikes to replace the two that weren't working. We couldn't have asked for better service or a better home! We hated to leave, but will definitely be back next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Cozy Hideaway

We had a lovely extended visit to the Emerald Coast, thanks to our stay in the cottage! The location was perfect allowing quick access to 30A and just blocks from a private beach access point. We loved having the golf cart, too! We brought our 2 pups who also had the best time exploring and looking out the windows of the beautiful screened porch. Had a little snafu with the dishwasher due to broken glass that was left in there by a previous user, but the leasing company and property manager were responsive and got the problem fixed. There’s so much to do in the area - you just cannot go wrong here! We would definitely return!

Smooth as TN Whiskey

We LOVED this property! Wonderful neighborhood and setting. Layout of home was excellent and we enjoyed the screened-in porch during inclimate days. Amenities beat expectations! Both kitchen and grill were impressive. Highly recommend this property. Word of caution regarding the management company's App. This App was not reflecting current passcodes, garbage pick-up days, etc. You will need to refer to the email communications and the notes at the property from the owner.

Cozy Cottage

Tennessee by the Sea was absolutely perfect!!! Tucked on a quiet cul de sak minutes to the beach. We rented chairs & umbrella for the week and it was SO convenient! The golf cart was a treat! Just hop on and within minutes you can find cart parking and walk to the boardwalk. The screened porch was a delight!! We all commented on the comfortable mattresses. Cooks kitchen- found everything we needed. Loved the convenient outdoor shower for hosing off. Kids went to the pool a few times. Bikes & cart were utilized daily. Fire pit was an added bonus!! We came down during prime spring break season and really kicked out staying here. The kids could ride to the chaos and we could hide from it here:)

This was our second time staying at Tennessee by the Sea

We had such a wonderful experience the first time that we booked it a second time. Guess what? Same great experience, so we will book it for a third. We are a family of 5 (the 5th being our dog, Tippy, who has been with us both times). We love having the use of a golf cart, bikes, and beach chairs/umbrellas. These amenities make getting back and forth from the house to the beach very convenient. The house is cozy and comfortable. Definitely a home away from home. We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch. I love that the developer preserved as much of the natural setting instead of clearing it out completely. As a result, there is a lot of privacy and it was quiet. One morning I noticed a couple of turtle doves perched quietly near us. I thought they were statues at first because they were so close! Thank you to the owners and management for taking care to provide a great place for a vacation.

Tons of extras in a great house!

We've been staying in Seacrest in various neighborhoods for years now and this house was up there with one of our favorites. It was clean, in great condition, felt beachy yet also homey (very homey for us, we're from TN!) There were tons of towels and the kitchen was better stocked than many rentals we've stayed in. There were also lots of extra pillows and blankets! All the extra beach chairs were a huge plus for us but some of them had broken straps so we had to carry them and not use them as backpacks (still better than having to buy some!!) The golf cart was AWESOME and so so so helpful being closer to the back of the neighborhood. One disappointment was that the beach "access" only means you can get TO the beach right there, you can't actually SIT on the beach right there. The condos or whatever right there on the beachside won't allow you to put your chairs down, you have to keep walking down the beach beyond the signs to the public beaches. I thought maybe this was incorrect but everyone in the neighborhood was having this problem. We decided that it was faster just to go further down the street to the public access that goes straight down to the public beach. It's a little further walk down the street but not terrible. Just wish the listing had been more clear (or maybe this is new, it wasn't the case last time we stayed in Magnolia). My other disappointment is that the price of this house (and most others in this neighborhood) have DOUBLED for the same time next year. So we'll be booking somewhere else, which makes me sad because we loved this house so much. HIGHLY recommend you check it out if its in your budget!

Love the home!

We came with our 2 kids, ages 6 and 2, for a quick getaway. The home has been recently updated and is very well appointed with all the little details by the owner. You can tell they really care about the guests enjoying the home. The home was exceptionally clean , which was very important to us with small kids. The older child loved the bunk room which had a great layout. The kitchen was very well stocked if you like to cook in. You will not need anything . Our favorite room was the screened in porch. It really was a great addition to home and was pretty cool with the ceiling fan. The string lights are a nice touch in this area at night for a great ambience . The home location is ideal in our opinion. We like that it is on a quiet side street and had lots of privacy . It was a short walk to beach but we always zipped around in golf cart to beach in a couple of minutes. Without the golf cart it would be tough to haul all your gear plus this saves you hundreds of dollars from not having to rent one. They also include 4 bikes which are great since it is an easy bike ride to Rosemary or the Hub for dining and shopping . At night, we used the outdoor fire pit and made the evenings magical under the stars. Our only issue was with a few employees of the rental company . They were rude in tone and contradictory in what they said. We own and rent several properties and almost did not book when we saw it was handled by a management company since the best service is from owners who manage the guest contact from our experience . Thankfully we had little interaction and one of their employees Kelly was gracious and apologetic for the communication breakdowns. We would definitely return to the home because of how thoughtful the owner was to the details and arenities.
