Great family get-away!

We loved our time at Tennessee by the Sea. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved the wonderful screened in porch. Having the golf cart was really helpful. We’d definitely come back again!

Wonderful vacation!

Tennessee By the Sea was great. I loved the large screened porch with the swinging bed, so did my dog! The house was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Clean, well appointed and great location.

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for three adults and two children and two small dogs. And a very quiet street and a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the beach as well as neighboring communities and restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Lovely home

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is wonderful. We especially loved the screened in porch with the swing. Having the golfcart and the beach chairs were wonderful. The proximity to the beach was perfect. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Great property!

We loved the property. Everything was as advertised. The porch was amazing, location was great. I had one small complaint and it was that there was only one frying pan in the kitchen, which made cooking breakfast a little tricky sometimes. Other than it was perfect!

Loved Tennessee By the Sea

We just loved our stay. The owners thought of EVERYTHING! The bathrooms were freshly tiled, the decor was cute, and the appliances were top notch. We used the bikes to visit Seacrest and grab a snack. The walking distance to the beach was great! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

Family Beach Getaway

Well located house in a nice neighborhood, which made for an overall very fun trip. The golf cart stopped working early in the trip, and there was lots of confusion over our access to the beach, which added some stress. Safe, clean and well located though!

Dear Matt, We appreciate so much that you took the time to share your experience in this amazing cottage. This was the perfect time of year to visit. The crowds have lessened and most kids are back in school. The home itself is in immaculate condition equipped with all the amenities and appliances you would expect in your own home. The golf cart is a HUGE plus and makes getting to the beach very easy. I know your wife had an issue with the beach access that is dedicated to for use for the guest at Magnolia Cottages. There were 2 men that were telling our guests that the beach was private and they could no use the beach, I know this is upsetting since you have a small child and your wife was stranded thinking she could not use the access. Unfortunately, our area is in a big dispute over what is private and public beach access. They wanted anyone that was a guest to think that they could not use this access. We apologize for these to men that had no right to block the pathway to the beach. The Walton County Sherriff was notified and this will not occur again! In my 20 years in Vacation Rentals I have never had this occurrence happen . We hope you will be visiting the area again in the near future? If so, give us a call direct. Spacious and cozy!

After a long drive from Tennessee we were pleasantly surprised to walk into this home! Super clean and so much space for the whole family. It was especially nice having three full bathrooms! Super close to the beach and extra nice having the golf cart to take our gear to the beach! We will be back!

Amazing house. Golf cart made it very easy to get everything to beach. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were resolved right away.

Cozy home with easy beach access

The home was comfortable and we enjoy the neighborhood and beach access. Also very nice that the home came with bikes and a golf cart. Only suggestion is to have a few basic kitchen supplies on hand such as salt and pepper and plastic wrap or foil.

Great experience

The home was well-equipped for our beach vacation. It was helpful having the golf cart, bikes, and all of the beach chairs that we used every day. The home was furnished well and the convenience of three bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as a family. Would definitely recommend!

Love this little beach house

This is our 2nd time staying here and we absolutely love it! Will be back again! (Note to owners- there is only 1 lightbulb working in the master bath, 3 or 4 of them are out and the fridge/freezer doesn’t seem to cool to maximum capacity). An amazing home and you will not be disappointed!!

The owners really go the extra mile to make sure their guests have everything they need for a relaxing vacation along the emerald coast. The golf cart is a huge amenity that really helps when taking all of your beach gear to the deeded beach access. The chairs are also an added bonus. We have replaced the bulbs you mentioned and checked the fridge and all is in working order. In the future, please give our office a call if you need anything. We have a 24/7 maintenance and housekeeping department ready at all times for any guest needs. We hope you will be visiting the area again in the near future. Fantastic stay in a beautiful home!

We had the best week in Tennessee by the Sea! The home was very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. Sand Dollar One was SO quick to respond when we needed two bikes repaired. They were out within hours and brought bikes to replace the two that weren't working. We couldn't have asked for better service or a better home! We hated to leave, but will definitely be back next year! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
