Perfectly positioned just across from the sugar-white sands, this home offers quick and easy beach access, placing you moments away from morning walks on the shoreline, golden sunsets, and the laid-back coastal lifestyle that makes 30A one of Florida’s most desirable destinations.

Thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, Sunset Watch is ideal for large families or group getaways. The home features a comfortable main living area on the second floor where guests can gather, along with well-distributed private sleeping spaces across all three levels for added comfort and privacy. Each floor also includes its own private balcony, offering multiple vantage points to enjoy sweeping Gulf views and the coastal surroundings throughout your stay.

Your Space
The main living area is designed with an open-concept layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces for easy group interaction. Large seating arrangements, including a plush sofa, provide comfortable space for relaxation and conversation, while a smart TV is available for entertainment. Direct access to a covered balcony extends the living area outdoors and offers Gulf views, creating an additional space for gathering or unwinding.

The kitchen is fully equipped to support home-style cooking and shared meals, featuring a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator with built-in ice maker. Ample counter space allows for meal preparation, whether cooking full dinners or preparing quick snacks for beach days. The dining setup includes a table for six, complemented by four additional seats at the breakfast bar and a built-in nook with seating for four more guests, providing flexible dining options for larger groups.

For added convenience during longer stays, a full-size washer and dryer are included within the home, making it easy to handle laundry without leaving the property.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
