Gorgeous 4 Bed Townhouse Directly On Beach...NEWLY RENOVATED & READY FOR YOU!
Completely renovated and updated throughout...brand new kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms...must see to appreciate!
This gorgeous three story townhome is conveniently located in Miramar Beach/Destin directly on its own private white sand beach!
We are a Saturday to Saturday rental with a minimum of 7 nights during the summer peak season.
Snow birds that rent 28+ days in Jan and Feb get 30% discount off nightly rate.
If you are looking for an extremely attractive vacation rental that is convenient (to beach, restaurants, shopping and attractions) and large enough for the family to spread out and relax - this is your place!! We have a 55” LCD smart TV with DVD to watch a movie or catch your favorite TV show after a long day on the beach or just sit down and surf the web on our high speed Wireless internet - so bring your laptop!
BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS cover all 3 levels – Breathtaking views of the gulf and the picture perfect sunrises and sunsets are yours from every level as each has its own deck. Splash around in the Gulf or watch your loved ones from the balcony.
There are several great restaurants within walking distance - Pompano Joes Restaurant is literally right next door; outlet malls, boutique stores, public world-class golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and many other activities that are nearby for all ages.
Sleeping arrangements - total unit sleeps 15 comfortably with 3 queen beds and 1 king bed -- upper level beachfront master bedroom offers a king bed and master bath with sliding glass doors to your own private balcony. The upper level also offers a charming 2nd bedroom with queen bed and on-suite bathroom. The main level offers a queen sleeper sofa and the lower level has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed & full size bunk w/pullout and the other bedroom with a queen bed and Day Bed with Trundle.
Amenities include central air conditioning throughout, cable tv's in all bedrooms and living room, wireless internet, fully equipped full size kitchen (added a Keurig single cup brewing system so bring you K-cups!), stackable washer/dryer in the Master suite laundry room and full size washer/dryer on first level. Initial linens provided, outside shower on beach level, gas grill on main level deck (guest provide propane).
Family Rentals Only - our property will not be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian in the unit for the entire stay. Exceptions must be in writing from the Owner. An exception is available for married couples under age 25.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Any sign of smoking or smokeless tobacco (sorry...this means no smoking on the outside decks either).

Hi, we are the Bradshaw family from Chattanooga, TN. I was born in Pensacola FL and my wife is from Thailand. We have 2 kids an 8yr old daughter and a 3yr old son. So we understand full well what it means to take a road trip to the beach! We always had a dream of owning a little piece of the beach that we could share with family, friends, and guests. That dream came true for on 8/31/2020, the survey shows we own it from the deck to the water! I grew up playing on these white sands and know how special those memories are to me and how special they will be for you and your family & friends.
I own/operate several business's in Chattanooga: HomeRate Mortgage, Exit Reality Scenic Group, Westside Christian Academy, and Big Buck Construction. I have learned successful business is followed by great customer service and a quality product/service. Our townhouse is set up for you to enjoy a luxury beach vacation that is comfortable with everything you need. Don't worry about Chairs, Towels, coolers, games, or beach toys we got it here for you. The best part is you walk right out on to the beach. There is no prep work, no loading up a car, no carrying the kids across a street.....its fantastic!
When i was a kid I remember playing on the beach for hours, then in the evening we would go to The Track in Destin and ride go carts. As an adult my favorite activity is Deep Sea fishing. Let me know if you need any recommendations. I have family in the area that literally makes hand made lures and weights that get sold to the top Charter Boat Captains, trust me these guys know how to catch fish! My wife likes the Outlet Mall just down the street and fresh seafood found at local markets where they will steam fresh shrimp and crab legs for you to take home.

We chose this property because i vacationed in this area my whole life and always had a dream to own a beach house. You just can't beat having all the benefits and attractions of Destin and Mirimar beach. There is something for everyone to do.
This property is unique because it has legit walk out on to the sand. It's so relaxing. Across the street from us is great souvenir shop, coffee shop, and ice cream shop. You can walk to Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, and Pizza .

When i bought the property i new i loved the view from all 3 back decks! The views in the morning and during the day are amazing, the ocean is emerald green and blue and the sand is soft and white just like a travel magazine. I didn't expect how much i would enjoy the view at night! The full moon glows on the ocean water and is bright enough for an evening walk on the beach. Or if you have kids bring the flash lights and go and hunt for sand crabs near the shore line!
I didn't realize why i was so happy every time i came to the beach until i recently learned that when the waves crash onto the beach they create negative ion's. Google it, negative ion's literally make you happier and help you sleep great!
