House was fantastic and just as pictured. Beach directly outside and couldn’t be better. Soft white sand, clear, calm water that is only waist deep 100 yards offshore. Great for kids. Pool was great, kitchen was well appointed, TVs on every bedroom, satellite service in the living room. Everything was great except the mosquitoes but there’s not much the owners can do about that. Don’t listen to anyone complaining about noise, the vendors are pretty far away and don’t bother you at all. You can hear some music in the distance but it’s not bothersome unless you are expecting silence, which you shouldn’t on a public beach. A would stay again.

Perfect home on the most beautiful beach!

Everything about this house was perfect for us! Two families fit comfortably, and all ages enjoyed the amenities. Pool, location to ocean, hammock, beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the beach Toys provided, made our vacation amazing! We had great communication with property manager and felt like all our needs were taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this home! .

Paradise on the beach!

We loved our stay. House was beautiful and in great shape. separate guest house was really nice as well! Beach was beautiful and security had a nice but unobtrusive presence. The area felt very safe. Julian was incredibly responsive and we would highly recommend staying there. Las Brisas (across the street) had great food and drinks and we often went there for lunch.

Beautiful beach! Perfect for little kids. One of our favorite spots on the island! Pictures of the home are accurate. Detached Master bedroom is great for in-laws. Management company is super easy to work with, very efficient and responds quickly!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Oceana! Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room and privacy. The location was perfect. Having the beach at our doorstep was paradise! The kayaks, paddle boards, floats, games, etc made it unnecessary to go anywhere else! There was a grocery store about 15 minutes away that had everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful bonus. Especially at night. Don’t miss Las Brisas…walking distance…good food and reasonably priced. The hostess was so much fun! Security was based right at the driveway and Julian, the property manager, was fantastic. He even put us in touch with a masseuse who came to the house. There were two washers and dryers…Tide pods and Bounce. Making it possible to pack lightly and come home with no dirty laundry! Go ahead and run the AC. We ran it in the bedrooms at night and it only ended up adding 200. If I had it to do again (and I hope I do), I would use it more. There are vendors at the end of the beach who played loud music at times, but for the most part we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. I truly hope to visit again!!

Idyllic

One of the best places on earth! Our whole family (kids ages 13, 11, 10, 6) loved it. There was always plenty to do with the snorkeling, paddle boards, and kayaks, or you could relax at a beach that most people have to travel to get to. The home was clean and actually larger than we had thought. Awesome stay.

This property gets five stars. The property management gets five stars. The location gets five stars. We had no issues with the property. Julian, our Property Manager could not have been more helpful. Security was absolutely no issue and we look forward to coming back.

Beach crowded

Property is great. Commercial business bar and restaurant monopolized the beach front crowding in chairs and umbrellas, large family groups filled the beach area and made resident renters move off the beach back into the vegetation line. Beautiful venue spoiled by this crowding.

Great House.. beach… not so much.

Everything is great except the venders and everyone else that’s comes to the beach. Although you have a private property space it is totally invaded with people who have no regard for personal space. Everyday was a battle and people don’t really care. It’s truly too bad. The house though is perfect and they are very attentive to anything that may go wrong. They are quite lovely. Everyone else around.. no so much.

Fun family vacation

The villa is what you see in the photos. Plenty of room for three couples and two small children. You can’t beat the convenience of having the beach at your door along with a pool. Everyone had a terrific stay. And what really makes this place great was the responsiveness of the property management. Julian was always quick to answer questions and help with any situation. Tamika was lovely to work with as well and they made us feel comfortable. Julian even went above and beyond when a storm caused a power failure. He helped to get it rectified quickly. Definitely recommend the stay here.

Beautiful beachfront

The beach was amazing and not crowded or overrun by people or vendors. Bring floats and mgmt will inflate them for you! It was a short 4 minute walk to las Brisas Restaurant or order food with the vendors at the end of the beach. Highly recommend bug spray as the mosquitoes make it almost impossible to sit outside without it. The house was clean and maid services were offered for a mid week clean which was greatly appreciated. Only concern was at check in they require you to hand write a credit card number for the AC usage. That made me uncomfortable since it should be expensed through VRBO. Other than that the house and beach are beautiful!!! Would definitely rent again for a quiet beach family vacation.

Paradise!!!

The pictures of this property truly don't do it justice! It is truly an idyllic setting on one of the most beautiful beaches in all of TCI. My wife and I, along with our 3 girls (9, 7 and 2) stayed here for a week in May 2019. The check in process was a breeze and the property manager did a fantastic job of going over everything we would need to know during our stay and gave us a very thorough tour of the property. The house itself is amazing and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need or want. We made 1-2 meals everyday at the house. The location and accommodations are perfect for young kids. Sapodilla Bay is crystal clear and even during high tide you can walk out 50 yards into the bay the water is only waist deep. We got plenty of use of the SUP's and kayaks that come with the house, taking daily spins around the bay to check out the sea turtles that live right out near the shipwreck at the point of the bay. The path from the house down to the beach is a 30 second walk and provides a nice buffer and some privacy between the beach and the house, but it is still close enough to hear and even keep an eye on kids in the pool while you are down at the beach. The house is the only one on the beach that has significant shade with palm trees, shrubs and the palapa to get some relief from the intense midday sun. Since we were here last time the beach has certainly gotten busier, but the house is situated just far enough away from the main public access point that it still felt as though we had the beach to ourselves. It is nice to have the water sports rental and bar/food option just a short walk down the beach. I took my two oldest out on a jet ski around Sapodilla and Taylor Bay and over to the Ferrari mansion. They also went on the two person inflatable raft that is towed behind a jet ski and loved it! The guys that run those rental places are great and you can certainly negotiate the prices down. All in all this was an amazing home and a fantastic trip! We cannot wait to come back again next year!!!

Exactly as described, just perfect

We had a great experience in Turks and Caicos and this property was no exception. The property pictures show exactly how the property is setup. We rented the house and the additional cabana house which was great for our set of 7 adults including three couples. Having bathrooms attached to two of the bedrooms was very helpful. The cabana house was just behind the pool and not attached to the main house so it provides privacy and would be great for one couple with children to be away from any noise in the house. The walk down to the beach was paved and scenic. It was a short walk and being directly on the beach made it such that our group could come and go as we pleased. Sapodilla Beach itself is about 0.25 miles long but the smaller size means much smaller crowds. We rarely saw more than 50 total people out in the area. Sitting out in the ocean under our umbrella was one of our families favorite times. The area is protected and very shallow for a long distance so I imagine it would be great for families with small children. We saw fish and a sea turtle while on the beach. Other families saw a small reef shark and sting ray while we were there. The house itself had all the cooking needs we could possibly use. We brought a lot of groceries with us and were able to cook at the house much of the trip which saved us a lot of money. The pool was a nice, long, large, saltwater pool that was well maintained. It was great to come in from the ocean in the afternoon and relax in the pool where we could get some more shade. The property had so much furniture - our group of 7 was always able to sit together at tables, around the pool, and at the beach. That was a great touch. A few things I would have liked to understand earlier were that the cabana house was an additional rate which is unclear on VRBO when you book for 7 people and electricity costs extra. For our week with 7 people keeping the house quite comfortable it was $240. The rate was $0.40/kWh. We used the kayaks and SUPs frequently and having them easily accessible was very convenient. We did not get to use the firepit due to temperature and vegetation next to it but it was still very pretty. The extras at this property put it over the top - having dish soap and laundry soap/facilities available. Had mid-week cleaning service included. Had a water filter system. We are recommending this place to our friends and family and hope to be able to go back again

We live in central PA and we found our house while we were vacationing for the first time on the island in 2004 with our families and fell in love with Sapodilla Bay!
The stand up paddle board picture is right in Sapodilla Bay in front of our house.
We also have a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath ocean view house w/pool on Middle Caicos called Whale Watch at Mudjin Harbor/Dragon Cay! And a 2 bedroom beachfront cottage w/pool called Caicos Cottage on Whitby Beach North Caicos if you would ever like to explore the outer islands that are a quick ferry trip away!

We have traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean and every time we go somewhere else we always think there's nothing better than Villa Oceana and Sapodilla Bay! We have made this home comfortable for ourselves as well as for our guests. And have really thought of what we and our guests need in a house to make this a perfect vacation getaway!
From the second you walk through our front door and kick off your shoes you will be relaxed and excited to get out on the beach. You will enjoy calm warm ocean water, absolutely breathtaking sunsets, not to mention a huge pool for cooling off in! There is much to do on the island, but so many of our guests don't even want to leave the serenity of our house and beach!!
With the growth of so many new resorts and homes, we have been a popular rental with many repeat guests.

Being able to walk from the pool and then directly onto the soft sand of Sapodilla Bay is nothing short of heavenly. The views of the turquoise water never ceases to amaze.
Our side of the island has the most beautiful sunsets and calm water. We are away from all the tourist resorts, yet close enough to get to Grace Bay beach, Long Bay or Turtle Cove or pretty much anywhere on island in less than 15 minutes.
Providenciales offers some of the finest restaurants in the Caribbean along with some of the best chefs. We offer a list of chef services/catering for you to choose what fits your taste as well as budget. Our management offers concierge services as well and can assist with helping you to book services and reservations!
Providenciales offers the 3rd largest barrier reef in the world and is a world class destination for divers. And if you aren't certified, you can try SNUBA! Which is a combination of snorkeling/scuba...it's actually pretty cool!
