Wonderful home, Pictures do not do it justice! From checking in with Paul and check out was a breeze. The path was easy to find and walk down to the beach. Loved having the beach chairs to take with us as well. Our family had a wonderful week, we used the grill often and so enjoyed all the outdoor living spaces.

House was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our week. The views from the back patio were incredible. The host was super responsive to all of my questions and very easy to work with. Overall it was an amazing stay and we would definitely return again in to e future.

This villa is perfect . Very well maintained and furnished . Paul the contact was extremely helpful . Beautiful view and good restaurants walking distance . Walk to beach is easy but stairs prob not good for babies or little children or anyone with physical limitations. Thank u for a wonderful vacation for 8 BFFs !!

Our experience at Seabreeze Villa was all we could hope for - what stood out was the superior service we received from the property manager, who took care of every need and request, and the cleaning staff who went above and beyond to keep the home in tip top shape.

We loved our stay at Sea Breeze. The location was great and the owners suggestions and communication was very helpful in planning our outings. The property manager met us there and went over everything we needed to know about the house. Highly recommend Sea Breeze.

Another amazing stay at Sea Breeze. Thank you to everyone involved in making it perfect. The house is amazing, has everything we needed to cook, relax explore… and relax some more. The location is central and offers easy access to most everything we wanted on Provo. Communication with the host and management is fast and incredibly helpful. Not sure what more to stay. Everything about this property is first-rate, and we can’t say how much we appreciate and enjoy it!

Sea Breeze is a slice of heaven! It is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. We are 6 friends who have known each other for almost 59 years and travelled often together over the years and Sea Breeze is the best place we have stayed! We were greeted by Paul, a representative of the management company who was delightful and friendly and oriented us with many details about the Villa. The owner was most communicative and provided us with excellent information about the Villa and Provo as well.The setting of the Villa is beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. The kitchen is large and very well appointed and the bedrooms are beautiful and most comfortable. The outdoor space is particularly nice with comfortable chaises and chairs. I can't really express how lovely Seabreeze is. A real gem! We all HIGHLY recommend staying here.Also, it is just a short walk to the beach and 7-10 minutes from the airport.

Another year and another amazing week at Sea Breeze Villa. Every summer we bring the family down and stay at Sea Breeze. It’s a terrific location with one of the best views on the island. It’s really well kept and the property management team is always available in the rare chance you need them. If you are trying to decide which house to rent stop looking and reserve Sea Breeze.

As it is anywhere, rain brings out mosquitoes no matter where a person stays on island. I would suspect that the post-rain mosquitoes are few at Sea Breeze because it has such a nice breeze. Annual rainfall on Provo is around 14", the same as it is in Colorado! Rain showers are typically brief with full sun before and after. Unfortunately it rained at times during this renter's stay.

3rd stay - always a terrific experience.

My family and I have stayed at the Sea Breeze Villa 3 times now and have loved every minute of it. The location has one of the best views of Grace Bay available and the property has every amenity you could want. The owner and their local management team are only a phone call away and are super helpful with making plans for your trip.

Great place for a large family!

Loved the home! It was very comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed nights cooking inside and out. The views were spectacular. Rented bikes and close walk to the beach.

Beautiful Home Great Location

Awesome Holiday at Sea Breeze Villa

Loved our getaway at Sea Breeze! Well appointed and very comfortable home with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both the indoors and outdoors. Lovely outdoor lounging space with amazing view. Communication with property owner and management company were top 10 experience.

Wonderful Home

My family and I stayed at Sea Breeze for a week in February. We all really enjoyed it. The home is wonderfully kept and appointed. The views are spectacular. The owner and the manager of the property are very helpful and easily reached. We took several drives to restaurants and beaches. Everything is within easy reach. We would gladly stay here again.
