Week in Annecy

Lovely stay at Geo and Jo’s apartment. Great situation, 10 mins walk from bus station and 10 mins walk into the old town. Apartment well equipped and clean. Everything you need in the kitchen although we ate out most evenings. Supermarket very close by. South facing balcony on one of the bedrooms was great for breakfast and evening drinks. Busy street below but that was interesting and you couldn’t hear anything with the door shut at night. 5th floor but there is a list so no problems there. Communication with Geo was great and homemade apple juice and strawberry jam on arrival.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement propre et très bien équipé avec des matériaux de qualité. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés ( tomates du jardin jus de pommes maison confiture) à notre arrivés nous sommes agréablement surpris de voir tous le nécessaire dans les placards . Il ne manquerai pour moi que la climatisation ( cette année il a fait très chaud et avec le bruit du centre ville il est difficile de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes ) Nous espérons y revenir l’année prochaine

Ce séjour à Annecy fut très agréable, l’appartement est idéalement situé et très propre. Les hôtes très sympas et plein de bons conseils, les vélos, un véritable plus, je recommande vraiment !

Geweldig!

Mooie flat, superschoon, op een prachtige locatie. Op loopafstand van oude en nieuwe centrum en het meer. Fietsen om te gebruiken. In het huis prima bedden. In de keuken alles wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken.

idéal pour découvrir Annecy

L'appartement est bien situé, proche de tout à pied. On peut oublier sa voiture pour une semaine de découverte d'Annecy. Le logement est bien agencé et la cuisine très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont prévenants et nous ont offert à notre arrivée quelques produits bio délicieux issus de leur verger. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

1 an après: re waouu!!

Je recommande vraiment cette location. Nous sommes revenus une 2ème fois et le charme de la ville et de l'appartement étaient toujours au rdv! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (jus de pomme et confitures faits maison et autres gourmandises...). L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et très bien situé (tout à pied).

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Annecy. L’appartement de Josianne et Georges était la base idéale qui nous a permis d’être confortablement installé pour graviter dans la région. L’emplacement a particulièrement facilité les dîners au resto car on a pu chaque soir s’y rendre à pieds! Très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!!

The property is in a central location and is very clean and well equipped. The only disadvantage is the main bedroom and living room are above a main road which was very noisy with motorcycles and general traffic noise at times. This meant that we could not keep the windows open at night when it was hot weather.

Nice appartment but noisy location

Nice and newly renovated appartment and central location. But it is situated in a highly trafficated street, and because there is no air conditioning we had to have the windows open during the night Even though lot of traffic outside. The host gave us two fans after some days, and that helped for the Extreme heat in the appartment during the day.

A delightful experience

Georges and Josiane are the incredible hosts, every detail is very well thought out, and the place is wonderful, also very well located for access to the old part of the town and with reasonable parking options nearby.

Outstanding apartment in a lovely town

Visiting Annecy was probably the highlight of our 3 week trip through France. We stayed at the Leger's home for 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. We were two couples traveling together. Our host saw to every detail; fresh homemade juice and jam upon arrival, fresh linens, and a beautifully afforded home. There was a view out of every window of either the town or the mountains. The first bedroom has a small balcony with chairs to enjoy the view. The bathroom was perfect and we appreciated the separate room for the toilet. The kitchen was like new. Plenty of lovely dishes, glasses, and stocked with staples. The living area was spacious with a dining table that could easily seat 6. The men enjoyed the large tv to watch the Roland Garros matches. The apartment is centrally located in Annecy. We walked everywhere - old town, the market, to the bike rental store, to the lake,. We will be back to Annecey and hopefully this place will be available again!

Avec des amies nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement Tout est prévu : de la petite cuillère au gant de toilette ! A really great place to stay in Annecy

We didn’t know what to expect, never having been to Annecy, and deciding to take this apartment for a month. We are very happy we did. It was a truly great apartment. Bright, modern and up to date with the latest in kitchen equipment and appliances. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the shower room was very much to our liking. The location was perfect for us. Right by Rue Carnot, which goes right down to the old city and Lake Annecy in 5-10 minutes. There is is small shopping mall with a Monoprix grocery just 150 yards from the apartment. Great shops and many restaurants in the area. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a nice building and has an elevator. Parking can be a little challenging if you don’t want to pay, but we didn’t have too many problems as we were able to find parking jus about 10 minutes away on Rue Geneve. Geo and Jo the owners could not have nicer. They brought us fruits and vegetables from their farm near the mountains and showed us places to hike, bike and visit. They also had bicycles which they loaned which we really enjoyed. We loved Annecy and the entire area around the lake. We would love to come back and stay in this apartment.

Lovely fully equipped apartment close to everything you need!

We stayed here in August with our two children. Upon arrival we were able to check in slightly earlier which was much appreciated after an early start. The apartment was lovely. Very clean and fully equipped with everything you may need. We were welcomed by Jo and Geo who showed us around the apartment, it was very kind of them to leave us homemade apple juice and strawberry jam which we really enjoyed! The apartment is in a good location with shops and restaurants close by. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the lake and old Annecy town. Having the bikes to use was brilliant and we really enjoyed making use of these as the cycle paths around the lake are amazing. There is so much to do in Annecy and it really is a beautiful place to visit, we would love to come back and would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Un week end de rêve

Nous avons loué cet appartement le temps d'un week end. Il correspond vraiment à l'annonce et il a été entièrement rénové donc il est très agréable et effectivement très bien situé (pas besoin de voiture). De plus, l'accueil des propriétaires a été chaleureux. Pour notre part, nous gardons l'adresse.

Appartement très propre, très bien équipé et insonorisé. Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville et ses environs,à cinq minutes à pieds de la vieille ville et du lac.L'appartement est très confortable et doté de literies de qualité.
