This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

The first two bedrooms have large 160x200 cm beds; one of them has two single beds pushed together, and the third has a single bed.
The apartment is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, such as a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, and a raclette/pierrade set...
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A second bathroom with a separate toilet is shared between the other two bedrooms.

Linen will be provided for your stay, including sheets, towels and kitchen tea towels.

There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you’ll be able to get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Bike hire is available nearby (there’s a superb cycle path that goes all the way round the lake).

🅿️ Parking is available in the nearby streets (paid during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or in the public car park at the town hall for around €11 per 24 hours. There are 3 bike spaces available in the enclosed courtyard, which is secured by a gate.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake amidst a stunning mountain backdrop, is renowned for the quality of its environment and its high standard of living.
Boasting a remarkable location on the lower reaches of the lake, the town has successfully preserved its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if you are unable to arrange your own arrival, a surcharge of €20 will apply.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation isn’t being taken over that same evening.
