This beautiful four bedroom condo has amazing front-beach views that include the Folly Pier as well as one of the private pools. Enjoy this fully stocked condo while enjoying your view from two of the bedrooms as wells as the living room or while sitting on your spacious balcony. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Folly as well as the pier. Enjoy your private parking facilities as well as private beach entrances. Elevators are available for easy access from the parking garage.

Property had everything we needed, owner was very quick to answer questions and easy to work with. It was very appreciative since we weren’t sure if we would be able to go because of Imelda (storm). The condo provided a great space for our group of 8, with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. Loved the large balcony and that most everything was within walking distance in Folly Beach.

Location and condo can’t be beat - right on the beach. Second time I’ve stayed here (last time with friends). Great that everyone has their own room AND bathroom. Soooo many extra supplies - including welcome wine and candy. Didn’t want to leave paradise. Owner communicates right away. Already planning next stay.

Relaxing Paradise

We were greeted by a gorgeous ocean view. There was plenty of room for the seven of us.Something for everyone to do. Sitting on the balcony people watching, swimming, shopping and restaurants within walking distance.The property owner is very kind and accommodating. Great place to stay

First time staying in this condo, chwckin was a breeze. When we walked in it was immediately apparent the property was well taken care of, super clean. All amenities were up to date and well taken care of. Has one issue with parking pass ans owner immediately took care of it. Great stay!

Eggs-elent property

Went to Folly Beach for Easter weekend. We were only able to stay one night but the owners were very accommodating allowing us to eat Easter lunch before leaving the property. They were very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there.
