We had a few small roaches in the bedrooms, master bathroom has sugar ants on bathroom counter. Unit was lovely and we would stay there again. Host were great communicating.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! It was a nice, peaceful place where we felt safe walking the dogs in the mornings at the beach, cooling off in the pool in the afternoons & eating out at some great restaurants such as Caps on the Water & Violas & the Black Fly. We would definitely book here again in the future! The host was very attentive to our needs & responded very quickly.

Very clean home. Easy walk to beach and to Connelley's for breakfast. Pool area was very nice as well. Master bedroom bed very very hard.

We loved everything about this property. It was fully furnished with everything we needed. It was quiet and peaceful. For three 74 year old women it was wonderful. We had a little walk to the pool and ocean but we needed the exercise. We would definitely go back again.

Great Summer Family Vacation

This was a wonderful place for our family. It was clean, plenty of room and a very short walk to the pool and beach, which is very important with little ones. I have already recommend it to others and would definately stay here again.

Spacious home near the beach

Enjoyed our family trip to Saint Augustine despite the weather we were trying to escape in IL. Beds were comfortable as well as the linens/towels and other amenities.

The property managers are excellent here. We had several things that needed to be fixed including fridge, HVAC, and outside maintenance but they were very prompt to respond each time! They even brought over blankets when it got chilly. Thank you!The neighborhood is very friendly and tennis/pickleball courts are only two houses over. There’s also a small basketball court and the beach is a short walk away. Good location! Would have given five stars but due to all the maintenance issues, I gave it a 4 out of 5.

Everything about this place was amazing. The private beach access was our favorite to avoid the crowds. So close to everything! Great communication! Such a quiet neighborhood.

Weekend getaway

We loved this place. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The place is well kept and host communicates very well. Check in was a breeze. Very short distance to restaurants and stores. We loved our stay. We’re a family of 7 and the space was more than sufficient. House is well supplied with all the necessities for your beach stay. We hope we can return soon!

Host was very responsive to messages and instructions they gave were on the money. Short walk to the beach is what we loved. The house was in great condition and exactly what they advertised. I would recommend this house for anyone that is looking for a nice getaway that is close to the beach and has access to a pool. Thanks for letting us use your house for the week.
