For clarity, the resort and on-site operations are managed by the HOA, including staffing for common areas and parking. Our team manages the individual condo and provides 24/7 guest support with a local team and nearby offices, so we’re always available to promptly assist with housekeeping, maintenance, or any guest-related needs during your stay. We could not locate any correspondence from the phone number or email address we have on file for you, and it sounds like you may have spoken with a resort representative, as we do not have front desk staff on-site. We notified all affected guests about the construction at the resort in advance, according to the timeline we received from the HOA. This is also included on our listing page. The outdoor walkway work in September was scheduled for units ending in 07 to 11, and the unit you stayed in (113) was scheduled for completion on November 23rd, about a month prior to your arrival. We received a revised schedule from the HOA, which included unit 113, and was backdated to the time of your stay, on January 7th, over a week after your departure. Nonetheless, we are greatly disappointed about the miscommunication that took place and how it impacted your vacation. We have been in touch with the resort management and we're working with them, and our own staff, to ensure this does not happen again. We would love an opportunity to make it up to you, and we hope for a chance to earn your trust in the future.
