Absolute Gem of a location!

What a great place to stay, in a great location. We loved staying here. The sunrise suite was perfect for our Eclipse trip, and the amenities were fantastic. Highly recommend this cottage if you are staying in Kerrville!

Peaceful Getaway

This cottage sits right on the Guadalupe River and is very convenient to the river walk and downtown. It’s a beautiful, clean and quiet cottage with an adorable front porch. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed, definitely be staying here again.

Charming Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage by the River. It was so close to wonderful walking trails. The Cottage itself was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the cottage and plan to stay there again the next time we go to Kerrville.

Great central location in Kerrville

We had the best of both worlds , close proximity to all the city had to offer plus there was a nature trail so we could walk every night and saw deer, a skunk , birds, bats , fish , turtles , plus beautiful butterflies and dragonflies . It was a great little place to unwind and enjoy

Wonderful cottage and excellent location!

We absolutely loved this property and the location was perfect for us. We love to walk and run. The river trail was right across the street and it was great. We also enjoyed the amenities provided. This is a perfect place for professionals, or retired folks. Very relaxing, great views of the river and wildlife. We couldn’t ask for more from our accommodations or the landlords. Will be back next year.

Cozy Cottage

We had a wonderful time this weekend in Kerville. A huge part of that was the beautiful cottage we stayed in. The communication with the owner was seamless. The house was perfectly clean and had every amenity you could want and more. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend as well as stay there again!
