Our family stayed for a weekend. The house was wonderful spacious clean roomy enough for all of the kids to spread out. Most beds were comfortable I slept in the king which was so comfy. Others complained about the queens being a little too firm but not enough to make them uncomfortable. The game room was a big hit. The gps sent us to the house next door. The host responded quickly and was more than happy to help with any thing. Over all the stay was a success. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the floors were a little dirty our toddlers little feet where all dirty from running around barefoot and it’s very dark at night to turn into the drive. It would totally be helpful if there was a light at the entrance. I would definitely stay again while in Kerrville.

My family of 5 plus my parents stayed here for our baseball tournament and we all loved this property! It was the perfect place for kids, parents, and grandparents! Super close to the baseball fields, but also only 10 minutes from all the restaurants, HEB, and shopping. It was super clean; had such a fun playroom with shuffleboard, a pool table, and games for the kids; comfy couch with lots of seating and a huge tv; and an open kitchen with tons of counter space. The beds were great with lots of sleeping arrangement options. Outside has a nice shaded seating area with a grill and flat grass for the kids to play- so fun for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. But, the best part was the communication with the owners. Joe and Amy were the kindest and the most accommodating! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and they gave us flexibility since we didn’t know our baseball game schedules. We booked last minute and they responded immediately. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Joe and Amy for making our weekend so easy and enjoyable!

The place is amazing, very clean and we definitely got some use out of the pool table and shuffleboard table. We will definitely come back!
