FlipFlopHaven is your vacation destination. Located at The Summit #822 on the 8th floor. Bright fun, beach front condo with an amazing view of the beach. One bedroom with king bed and commercial grade queen sofa sleeper and twin bunk beds in the hall. Our condo sleeps a maximum of 5 people including infants.

A fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a snap. We have a front loading washer and dryer in our unit and a private balcony facing the white sands of the Gulf of America. This is a non smoking/vaping unit. You must be 21 and show ID at check in.

You will enjoy beach living at its best in this condominium that sleeps 5 and features fun beach décor. It has a full kitchen and is stocked with everything you need for cooking. The kitchen has ample counter space a full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher as well as a full size range. This condo is equipped with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and all necessary cooking utensils as well as WiFi in the unit. We also provide hairdryers and an iron.

WE SUPPLY: All bed linens and 5 bath towels 2 hand towels and 5 wash clothes. Four rolls of toilet paper, one dishwasher detergent capsule and one laundry detergent pod and two trash bags will be also provided .

DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE NOT PROVIDED DURING YOUR STAY.
There is a washer and dryer in this unit for your use if you need to wash linens during your stay.

No beach towels provided.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

Guests will have full access to the condo as well as all common spaces including two pools (one seasonally heated), two kiddie pools, grills, two outdoor and one indoor hot tubs, game room, exercise room, and private beach access. Beach chairs are available to rent at on the beach.

Located directly on the white sand beach this condo is easy walking distance to Tootsie's. It is also less than a mile to Pineapple Willies. Walmart, Ripley's and Wonderworks are less than two miles away.

There is a pool side snack bar and Tiki bar.

You will need to go to the office on the 1st floor of the Summit to buy a parking pass and armbands. The cost is $27 for one parking pass and 5 armbands for your entire stay. (may be higher during spring break) there is only one parking pass issued per unit during summer months and other busy periods and holiday weekends.
