Great stay!

I had a group of 16 college students planning for a student organization and they loved this place! It was in a great location close to lots of options to eat, coffee shops, etc. also lots of space to have large groups together in the basement.

Best VRBO ever

Checked in to this beautiful home was immaculate, plenty of room for everyone to sleep, many different bedrooms for privacy, lots of games to plat easy to find and grounds well kept, will stay there again for sure.

Great location!

We used this property for our church’s junior high trip and it was perfect! Plenty of sleeping room - and the kids LOVED the basement games! Communication was a breeze, and we even took advantage of the apartment pool mentioned in the listing. Great location, close to the interstate so a quick drive anywhere around the area! Thank you for a great stay!

Family Christmas

The property worked well for our extended family Christmas and the number of people we needed to accomodate. The host was very attentive and helpful and the house had all we were looking for. It is a little difficult to locate on a busy street but we finally found it. The only complaint we had was it was difficult to moderate temperature in the various bedrooms. Some were very warm and others were rather cool. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!

Less than 5 minutes from Jordan creek mall, West Glen which features tons of restaurants and bars, 15 min to Drake University, 15 minutes to downtown and 20 minutes to the Iowa State Fair! Downtown farmers market that has received national notoriety for being one of the greatest in the US runs April through October every Saturday 7 am to 12pm. It's a blast and highly recommend if you are here over a weekend!
