Hi! My name is Claire and I currently live in Des Moines, Iowa! I bought the Jungalow in Nov, 2024 and have been renovating and improving it's solid bones ever since!

I love interior design, spoiling my pets (an Alaskan Malamute and Maine Coon cat) and exploring new cities.

Highland Park/Oak Park is one of the most beautiful gems in central DSM! Filled with large, mature trees that provide tons of shade in the summer and hosts a large variety of birds all throughout the year.

It's within walking distance of the trendy shopping district, 6th Ave, and an amazing park - Riverview Park!

Riverview Park has a large playground that is an homage to old amusement park that used to be there 80 years ago, and a new amphitheater that hosts live music and festivals in the summer.

It's only a 10 minute drive to downtown Des Moines and Adventureland Park!

I've traveled all over the country for work and have stayed in many rental properties, so I take pride in providing as many services - bathroom toiletries, cooking supplies, games, cozy blankets, plenty of towels/sheets/pillows - to make your stay as cozy, comfortable, and homey as possible!
